The one big objective was picked, it's been narrowed down to a SMART goal, but what does that mean in actual posts? The example was 'let customers in our town know about our new product by increasing our audience reach by 25% in 30 days'. Continuing with that example, if the new product is "Beautiful Botox" there should be a post for the next 30 days to support that product. (This is why there is only ONE big objective.) A percentage of posts should introduce the benefits of the new product. Make sure to talk about the 'what's in it for me' about the product rather than the features. A percentage of posts should be designed to catch attention. 'What is that?', 'Oh! I want one.' type of posts. Finally, make sure that everything that posted about the product makes it recognizable.

Have you narrowed down your big picture objective? Don't cheat, we agreed on ONE. You can't pick more than one at a time; you'll see why later, but for now take that ONE objective and apply some SMART goals to it. (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Reasonable and Timely) That might be something like 'let customers in our town know about our new product by increasing our audience reach by 25% in 30 days'. Okay, your turn!
