The FB algorithm never ceases to amaze.

Based on my search for 'wild herb restaurant' (a Thai restaurant in Barretto, Philippines ~ a two minute walk from my current location), it suggests an Italian restaurant in Holt, Norfolk, England as an alternative I might wish to consider.

I'm sure it's a lovely place to eat (it's in Holt so it will be on the expensive side of eye-watering) but at 7,000 miles it's a bit far just for Sunday lunch.

No real ale to be had within 100 miles but, even on an overcast day, the vista is rather pleasant.

The beer of choice for most locals ~ wet and almost flavourless but at 7% it takes the edge off.
