County staff are demotivated cos their NHIF contributions have not been paid by the county and Ahmed kawira is busy painting walls in Wajir County Referral Hospital, NO WONDER WE HAVE MATERNAL MORTALITY IN OUR HOSPITAL.

There is that football tournament that kicked off few days ago in Wajir county and there is one that ended 2weeks ago. Both of the tournaments were sponsored by the same person, One SIYAD BATNI.

During this bitting drought and Hunger that is striking our people, I didn't see any need for wasting funds on football and other tertiary needs. If at all one can be of help, Then our people are yearning for basic needs like food on the table.

More worse those events are played between picked football clubs and aren't done according to rightful qualifications. For the first time the event doesn't carry any value for that money could be spent on other important Things like liting the fire of poor/needy families. For the second time the Useless event is arranged behind curtains and is operated by thugs whom he handed all the financial powers yet they use it out of the program's core values.

I suggest our brother and his group to change that mode of investment and they should invest in human's life so as to spearhead the most Needed charity programs in this drought period.

Anyone else/any government or private agency willing to donate or sponsors programs should first consider basic needs. Taking financial responsibilities of tertiary needs when the people are in needs of life supporting goods is just a wasted money.
