The newly established Tabubil -Olsobip road is now at the local area known as Imbip tickin. It's just 4 hours walk by foot to olsobip station. The contractor (IPZ)are now faced with the challenge of breaking a big rock before they can progress. Slowly but surely they will get there through rough terrains.
Thank you to the Member for Teleformin (Hon. Solan Mirisim), Member for Northfly, (Hon. James Donald), OTML and TCS for making this a success. Road access is very vital to human development and quality of living.
People of Olsobip will soon have access to their station by road in the next couple of months.

To God be the Glory

What about PNG?

What about PNG?

Australians who have had their hours of work and income significantly affected due to state lockdowns will now be eligible for temporary emergency payments of up to $500 a week.

By making these payments available, the Australian Government is ensuring that any workers affected by lockdowns of more than 7 days get the financial support they need to stay at home during outbreaks.

This payment will be paid from the second week onwards when lockdowns last for longer than 7 days, so it will apply to the current Melbourne lockdown.

This support will be paid weekly to those workers who reside or work in a Commonwealth declared hotspot and are unable to attend work and therefore unable to earn an income as a result of state imposed health restrictions that last for greater than 7 days.

Eligible recipients will receive up to $500 per week for losing over 20 hours of work and $325 per week for losing under 20 hours and must not have liquid assets of more than $10,000.

This payment is in addition to existing payments, including the Pandemic Leave Disaster Payment, which the Australian Government provides for those who have been directed to self-isolate or quarantine by the state or territory health authority.

This assistance will be available from next Tuesday through Services Australia at https://servicesaustralia.gov.au

Lest we forget. They sacrificed their life for a better future for the Pacific. Our great fathers supported them as well and served during the ww II. They called them the fuzzy wuzzy Angels.

To those veterans who are still alive, may the good Lord provide you comfort and bless you and your family. To those veterans who have left us, may they rest in peace.

Thank you all for your service and sacrifice. We remember you all

God bless
