We are looking for Sales & Marketing Manager
Job type : Full time – part time
Language : English – Arabic
Salary : Confidential
Experience needed : 4 years and more

job description:
• Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets and Buildup clients network.
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
• Set a marketing and sales strategy.
• Coordinating with various agency departments.
• Develop company profile and campaigns.
• Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives.
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Responsible for all sales targets of the organization.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the team.

Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Work history in animation and motion field is a must.
• Thorough knowledge of company products.
• Good spoken and written communication skills (Both English & Arabic).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong operational , collaborational and thinking ability.
• Thinks Digital and able to present ideas with conviction.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
