I’ve been thinking about a retreat I went on and want to share again. Saprea.com has tons of resources and a free retreat for female adult survivors of childhood sexual trauma. If you or someone you love has gone through it, please check it out! Only cost is getting to the retreat which is here in Utah.

Saprea (formerly The Younique Foundation and Defend Innocence) is a nonprofit that provides resources to prevent and heal from sexual abuse.
