A gift from a Russian friend who enjoyed some of my homemade sausages - a pot of homegrown sage. Lovely!

Six tablespoons of this, some good quality minced pork (belly & shoulder mix), salt and black pepper and we will have some sublime plump snorkers. Pork and sage is a sublime combination. So simple, yet so tasty.
