Changing The World Hey there! I'm Jeff! I am a Gamer that Likes to upload, and streams.
My goal is to change the world One Smile At A Time and I want to do that through my content. I have a rare disorder called episodic ataxia and it can make most days difficult and make it hard to produce content consistently. I know how hard life can be sometimes and I want to be the difference in someone elses! Hope you enjoy the content and stick around!
Welp even tho my A1C went up for sugar. Today I took my body photos. (Been a few months) and did my chest, hips, and waist measurements. As well as my regular weigh in. All numbers are still dropping š
And let me say, the progress photos, I definitely can see the differences. Just a reminder there is more than 1 way to measure progress!
Hard to believe we hit 1000 subs a week ago and on the verge of 1100 already. Support has been unreal ā¤ļø

Wow. So I downloaded my fitness pal again. Not to track calories. But to track my weight again. Didnāt realize I had an account since 2012. Well in 2019 my heaviest was 312. I did a progress photo at that time (not ready to share yet) but logged my weight today and I guess Iām down 50 in the last few years š

Started making the changes I need to make a few weeks ago and still working on it the best I can. Let it be known come December, I will not look the same. Come next April I will not look the same. I have a mid-point goal and an end point goal. Stay tuned š

Wowā¦. Iām speechless. 1,000 subscribers on YouTube. We did it. Yes we, because without those that view, like and those that subscribe it would not have been possible. My goal this year was to hit 500. Safe to say we smashed it :)

Soooo a week ago I entered a contest for an elgato prompter. But I was a runner up. Lol story of my life. But š” today, had an old phone from several years ago I found. Decided to use my tripod and get it set up next to cam for chat :) Pitting old tech to use :)
Doing some cleaning and found these. Such good times. Lol but sadness is when I open the sims 3 case to not see the game in there. But I have two game books for some reason. But dang Iāve had nyc tycoon and sims 2 seasons since I was young. Butttttt no cd rom on my gaming pc lol and in with nyc tycoon was a kaspersky security cd š
Todays question in my video, What is something you love to do but may not be good at?
For me itās singing and dancing. My ataxia prevents me from dancing and Iām not good at it but I love it. I also love to sing even tho Iām not good. But both make me feel good :)

Ayeeeee itās the channels birthday! I started this channel back on July 8th, 2017. Before that tho I had another channel but decided to start fresh. Itās been a journey so far :)

So its Disability Pride Month. I'd like to share a little about mine. I have Episodic Ataxia Type 2. Its a very rare genetic mutation that causes loss of balance, cooridnation, slurred speech in episodes. Severity can vary. Basically drunk x100 without the alcohol. It is a disorder that I am stuck with for life. Still learning to deal with it and some days are definitely more challenging than others. As I'm typing this I have an episode coming on :/
The theme for 2024 is "We Want A Life Like Yours." This also reminds me of a quote I once heard from Michael J Fox "it sucks, I hate it, and I wish I wasn't in this situation." Which is true, no one wants to be disabled and feel like an outcast from the rest of the world. But we have to learn to deal with it because typically it is something you deal with the rest of your life. With episodic ataxia type 2, there is no cure and I can only do my best to try and manage it.
There are various colors that represent Disability Pride month. I believe Red & White represetn my disability. Red for the physical disability part of it. Then White for the episodic. Because white represents invisible disabilties or disabilities yet to be discovered. āæļø
