In this week's Inside Courts, Tom Hodson recaps the verdict in the civil suit against Ohio University for the death of a student in 2018.

The family of Collin Wiant, who died off-campus in a 2018 hazing incident, sued OU for negligence. Judge Lisa Sadler of the Ohio Court of Claims granted OU’s request for summary judgment, meaning the suit is over without a trial

The decision by the Ohio Court of Claims means that OU will not have to face Collin Wiant's family in a trial.
