1. Seize every opportunity:
Take EVERY opportunity in front of you. No judging. No hesitation. No more giving up opportunities to other people.

2. Follow through:
Give your 100% . Don’t be lazy. Don’t phone it in. Don’t skip steps. Follow through.

3. Embrace the grind:
Show up early and leave late. Car sales is a grind culture. You’re not going to become great by just working your schedule. Cultivate the grind.

4. Master the product:
Constantly seek learning opportunities. This is how you gain a giant advantage over other salespeople. Sharpen the saw DAILY.

5. Unleash your enthusiasm-
Enthusiasm sells cars. It’s contagious. Combine knowledge with enthusiasm, and you will be unstoppable.

6. Serious Work Serious Rewards -
Treat this work as a career and not just a job. If you take it seriously, you will be rewarded with success and financial prosperity beyond your expectations.

7. Distance yourself from pessimists-
Stay away from negative sales people. You know who they are. They are always looking for an audience that will listen to their sorrows. AVOID.
