Fellow citizens, I join all our leaders in government and opposition, civil society ,religious and cultural leaders in congratulating our moslem brothers and sisters faithfully upon another celebration of Eid Mubarak in times like now.
This very important event of the Islamic calendar in such troubled times of global pandemic is so alive given the success in the struggles against the deadly covid19 that have only been possible due to you and me, our families ,community and state sacrifices.
Our unity ,faith in fasting and praying is the reason for the hope of the end of this problem Insha Allah we will meet again in good times after this war.

How can we tell the hour of the dawn,when the night end and day begins?
Many will respond differently but for me it is ,then when you can look in the face of a human being and you have enough light to see life in your brother/sisters eyes up till then ,it is night ,darkness and hopelessness is still with us.
But now I have known that some where in us ,Ugandan ness presides that is more gracious than our small challenges that fuel us with force .Ugandan ness that trust our local remedies so at the end of this crisis we give thanks to our kinsmen's/ women for their hard work through which Ugandan lives have another chance to life amidst global challenge.
Amidst these tough times ,when the powerful nations are devastated, we have survived this far because of our Ugandan ness, God and our gallant heroes who have been blessed to see and create hope in the products of our environment, & and the new dawn is the plan by government in affirmatively support these invasions as we strive to mass vaccinate to fully overcome the deadly covid19 in order to embark on the route to normal.
So as we uphold our S O PS ,let us keep hope high in life, Uganda is winning again.

Fellow country men, we have all endured the devastation of the covid19 pandemic which has proved to be the greatest challenge of our times.
We have witnessed death in times of nation wide peace like we have never seen before and as a mother ,every announcement of another loved one lost awakens that pain only a mother can relate with child birth.
Just like listening to the ordeals of those that have encountered but fought and overcame this deadly disease, is the spirit of our Ugandan ness of fighting without ,winning for now and generations to come.
This war like we have been guided already is a war for us to win and live to give testimony,
Am here to encourage all of you that the silver lining always at the end of the tunnel is now more vividly clear.
With our S O Ps , let us unite for a good cause because united we defeat all against us!
For God and My Country.

Dear great people of lubaga and Kampala city, finally my term and team successfully came to an end and am here to thank you for the opportunity you a corded us to serv this special division of our city the home of our kingdom.
We came in not to merely make a living. We have been there in order to enable lubaga to live more amply, with greater vision ,with a finer spirit of hope and direction indeed we have enriched lubaga or else we would have impoverished our selves if we forget that errand.
We have walked this journey. Leadership a lonely journey no matter how big your team,often its just you which means that you need to look inside yourself for motivation and inspiration from some one who has been there ,done that and done well.
Iam not special but I simply have a duty than that other leader and that is why people look to me to do things for them ,to have answers.
At the end of this journey, am forever indebted to RT col Dr Besiigye, and my friends to whom this journey would be impossible without.
As we look for other frontier , thank you lubaga.
