Hello, Crimelorists! Just to update everyone, we are recording again! I really wanted to begin releasing Season 2 episodes in October, both because it would be the anniversary of our beginning and because Halloween in Folklore Christmas. Unfortunately, October is a super hectic month for folklorists, so we just aren't going to make it. We're now aiming for early December.

In the meantime, here's a photo from Folklore Christmas past!

Part 2 of our episode on s*x-trafficking legends is now up! (I don't think I ever posted about the first part, but it's up too!) One of many stories we discuss is that of Susana Trimarco, a mother fighting back against s*x trafficking after her daughter was abducted and trafficked. https://www.buzzsprout.com/1405318/9101876-s*x-trafficking-legends-part-2.mp3?download=true [Alt text: Photo of Susana Trimarco, a woman with brown hair, holding a photo of her daughter Marita.]
