I personally think there’s nothing more refreshing than a nice cup of tea! I usually have plain old English breakfast tea with a little milk, but I also enjoy herbal tea especially peppermint tea! 🍃
Apart from being a refreshing drink, did you know that peppermint tea is so good for your gut health, especially if you suffer from IBS, Crohns or Colitis?
