Enjoying the joy of life by switching off and cooking with love and care with family

After posting my final podcast episode, I use the time to switch off, for physical and most importantly mental wellbeing which I find hard because I like to be productive.

That said having a break off social media has been a great experience, I even deleted LinkedIn App of the phone, which I will be reinstalling next week 😉

That said, the last week or so people now have seen my second passion which has been cooking, it my way of chilling out, but cooking 3 roast dinners in a space of 5 days, was a fun challenge!!

Especially cooking for friends and family who I love and admire.

That said it was interesting to receive messages that I should focus on my cooking passion or apply for master chef, I just cook for joy and when people try my food they feel happy….this year my Roast Potatoes were a real talking point!

It has been a privilege to run this show for 9 years and extremely grateful to interview some of the the top sports industry professionals and leaders around the world.

An experience I will treasure at the Royal Box at Wembley.

It was a privilege to experience the USA vs England (Lionesses) it was a spectacular evening.

After recording over 50+ podcasts about educating my self and the world about the Women’s Football Industry and being involved in Athens Women’s Football Summit, I never imagined being invited to an experience like that by The FA.
