NEWS: Japanese Kids Admire Tanjiro More Than Their Own Parents!

According to a survey taken by education and publishing company Benesse, Elementary School Kids in Japan admire Tanjiro more than their own parents.

Survey asked 7,661 students about which thing they liked the most this year and which person they admire the most.

30% student said they like Kimetsu no Yaiba this year the most. As far as most admired person, majority of the kids choose Tanjiro.

Here are the Top 10 most admired personalities of Japanese Kids:

1: Tanjiro Kamado
2: My Mom
3: Shinobu Kocho
4: My Teacher
5: My Dad
6: Giyu Tomiaka
7: Nezuko Kamado
8: Kyojuro Rengoku
9: Zenitsu Agatsuma
10: Muichiro Tokito

For followers of the anime who have not been keeping up with the manga by Hajime Isayama, the characters on display in this image might be rather surprising. In the place of the protagonists followed thus far, there are instead a small group of new, seemingly younger characters, none of whom have been previously seen in the show. Earlier released images have already hinted at drastic changes set to arrive in the final season, with many of the well-known characters looking quite different.
