I love this and great suggestions for people who are finding their energy draining away at this busy time of the year.

Luckily I've worked through all this so know it works!

As we navigate the final stretch of the year, in the midst of December’s whirlwind of festive activities, I want to delve into a topic that is so important to all of us and often can get forgotten, ignored or simply taken for granted.

How to feel good when everything else feels like it is too busy, too much fun, too draining…too anything really..

The Challenge: All the things that seem to drain our energy

Whether it be hectic social schedules, demanding work environments, or challenging personal situations, energy drain is a real thing. So How do we cultivate and sustain positive energy for growth when faced with these draining circumstances?

Deciding how we show up!

We cannot change our external situations, we can however master our energy during the hectic times socially and at work, utilising what I call the ‘power pause’, deciding to live with grace rather than drama.

Here are a few ways to do just that:-

🤖🌟 Embracing AI: My 2023 Journey 🌟🤖

Hey there, folks! I've got a little story to share about my fascinating journey with artificial intelligence (AI) in 2023. It's been quite the ride, and I wanted to chat with you about it in a friendly, easy-to-understand way.

First things first: Did you know AI, as the abbreviation for Artificial Intelligence, has just been named the Collins Word of the Year for 2023 - no surprises there! 😄

Looking back to November 2023, when ChatGPT entered the scene, it was like a bolt of lightning. I was so excited about the possibilities it offered, but you won't believe the reactions I got. People looked at me like I was an alien with a fancy gadget from the future! 🛸🌌

I met a friend who shared my enthusiasm, diving into the world of DALL·E creating incredible images. He was an 'IT' whiz, and his excitement was on a whole other level compared to my social media manager's perspective.

Fast forward to January 2023, I joined Sigrun's Kickstart program to craft a course called "Social Media Done Your Way." In my course, I shared my AI experiences for social media. Some folks started to see the light, too, and expressed an interest. It was great to see lightbulbs go off everywhere. They were as amazed as I was at what AI could do as a helpful assistant, a tool to supercharge our existing knowledge. 🚀💡

But here's the twist – resistance was still lurking in the social media, copywriting, and digital creator realms. The fears were palpable: "AI will take our jobs, it's no good, don't touch it!" Even big names in our online world were echoing these concerns.

It reached the point where if you dared mention AI and its potential to solve problems, you'd get "shot down" in the comments. Talking about AI was becoming a taboo subject. 🚫🗣️

However, something incredible happened over the year. The tide turned. More and more people began to see what AI could bring. It's been a learning curve, but now, most of the apps I use for my business have integrated generative AI into their workings.

AI is here to stay, folks! It's still a young technology, but what it can do will blow your mind. Tasks that used to take hours, weeks, or even months can now be done in mere minutes. 🕒⚡

And my suspicions from the start are coming true. Ai is something we all need to embrace. Major players in social media, copywriting, and digital content creation now admit they're using AI and how it can benefit your business.

It's a funny world we live in! I read somewhere yesterday that AI is making us more human! In 2024, people will crave authenticity and real people contact even more. So show up as you, the human that you are and use AI as a tool to help you make light work of the laborious and tedious side of business. 🌍💫
