Aaron Foldenauer is a brilliant election law litigator representing candidates and organizations seeking to make a difference.

The New York Court of Appeals had previously invalidated New York's congressional and Senate maps as unconstitutionally gerrymandered in favor of Democratic legislators. Shame on them.

In May 2022, Mr. Foldenaur challenged the gerrymandered New York State Assembly Map arguing that they were drawn as part of the same unlawful process and should similarly be thrown out. The Court agreed. The Court's decision required that redistricting occur, with a new district map for 2024. This was an embarrassing outcome for New York's Democratic Party.

The weaponization of law enforcement against politial rivals, their closest advisors, attorneys, and allies, is an abomination which has made this country a laughing stock internationally, drawing comparisons to tactics seen in third world, banana republics.

Paul Manafort is a long-time Republican Party campaign consultant, who chaired the Trump presidential campaign from June to August 2016. He served as an adviser to the U.S. presidential campaigns of Republicans Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, and Bob Dole. In 1980, he co-founded one of the most successful lobbying firms in U.S. history based together with Roger Stone and others. He is a legend. And I was proud to meet hi, listen to him speak, and introduce his new book Political Prisoner: Persecuted, Prosecuted, But Not Silenced.
