These crunch wraps are no ordinary crunch wraps…. these are Heluva Good! Nacho Queso Supreme crunch wraps.

makes the tastiest, best dip that lives up to its name, and the Nacho Queso Supreme Dip packs all the flavor of a plate of loaded nachos, into a smooth and creamy dip.

See below for ingredients and instructions on how you can make these delicious crunch wraps (and don’t forget to get some extra Nacho Queso Supreme to dip the finished crunch wrap in)!

Ingredients:
Heluva Good! Nacho Queso Supreme dip
1LB Ground beef (seasonings - 1 Teaspoon of each salt & pepper. 1 1/4 teaspoons each of cumin, chili powder, garlic powder & Mexican oregano)
3 Chopped tomatoes
1 bag of Shredded lettuce
1 bag of Mexican shredded cheese
1 pack of Large Flour tortillas
1 pack of Small Flour tortillas
1 pack tostadas

Instructions
1. Heat up medium size frying pan with a dash of any kind of olive oil
2. Season your ground beef with the following (salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder & Mexican oregano)
3. Heat up your large tortilla each side 1 minute
4. Spread your Heluva Good! Nacho Queso Supreme dip in a small circle in the center of the large tortilla
5. Add your ground beef
6. Add your shredded cheese
7. Add your tostada on top of the ground beef
8. Spread your refried beans on the tostada
9. Add your lettuce on top of your refried beans
10. Add your tomato
11. Add your small flour tortilla
12. Begin to fold
13. Heat up ur pan
14. Add a tiny piece of butter to pan
15. When butter is melted

17. Gently place your crunch wrap so the folded parts stay shut (2-3 minutes MED-HIGH heat) each side
18. Flip
19. Cut in half & get to dipping

East Boston (no so) hidden gem: Rinos Place!
Hands down my favorite Italian restaurant of all time.

You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu but PLEASE make sure you order at least two appetizers.

Their calamari is the best… no sauce or marinara needed (as it should be) and the shrimp scampi appetizer is *chefs kiss* you’ll be licking the bowl clean 👅

Stuffed mushrooms and arancini should be on your list to try and if the freshly made oversized lobster raviolis are Guy Fieri & Prosciutto Papi approved.

Say hello to Anna and Sadie for me when you stop by to enjoy a meal!

Chicken Marsala
- Chicken Breast
- Sliced Mushrooms
- Marsala wine
- Fresh parsley
- Parmigiana cheese
- Eggs
- Ham / pancetta / Prosciutto
- Your choice of pasta

Step 1
Chicken
- Slide your chicken breast thin
- Lay your flour out on a pan
- Whip 2-3 eggs in a bowl
- Dip your chicken into the bowl of eggs
- Then lay in flour
- Flip get both sides covered
- Lay chicken out to dry

Step 2
- get a large sized frying pan ( we are going to Sauté the mushrooms • add 1 tablespoon olive oil (heat it up on medium heat)
- Add mushrooms & begin to sauté 5-7 mins
- When ready place mushrooms in a small bowl
- Keep that same pan with oil in it on medium heat
- Add 1/2 stick of butter
- Add another 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Add 2 cloves of garlic
- Let garlic sauté in oil (medium heat) 3-5 min
- Remove garlic
- Start frying chicken (until golden brown) each side 5-7 minutes
- When chicken is done you can take it out of leave it in , I suggest take it out for this next step

Step 3
- scrape the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon or anything that is not metal , make sure nothing is stuck to it
- Turn the heat up to high
- REMOVE PAN FROM BURNER
- ADD MARSALA WINE
- it’s going to catch flame
- We need to cook the alcohol out
- Leave it on high heat for at least 2 mins
- Stir your Marsala
- Taste & make sure the alcohol is cooked off
- Reduce heat to low
- Add fresh Parmesan cheese (as much as you want)
- Add chicken and mushrooms
- Add fresh parsley

Step 4
- Boil your choice of pasta

Fettuccine Alfredo

Sauce
* Butter
* Light cream
* Black pepper
* Fresh parsley
* American cheese
* Parmesan cheese
* Garlic powder

- Grab a medium sized pan (set to medium heat) Add 1/2 stick of butter - when melted add a carton of light cream
- Stir consistently
- Add 1 tablespoon black pepper & garlic powder (add more if needed)
- Add Handful of parsley & Parmesan cheese
- As you are stirring add 1 slice of American cheese at a time ( should need about 3-5 slices)
- As the cheese melts the sauce should thicken

Chicken cutlets

- Whip 3 eggs in a bowl
- Lay out your flour and breadcrumbs separate (add salt pepper & garlic powder to the flour) (add Parmesan to breadcrumbs)
- Lay your chicken in flour (both sides)
- Drop the chicken in egg (both sides)
- Lay your chicken in breadcrumbs (both sides)
- FRY AWAY
