This page will be methodically voting for the greatest British comedy of all time. I have compiled a list of the most popular shows but if you have any suggestions just DM me and I can add them to the list.

I have limited the list to sitcoms, sketch shows and drama/comedy shows. I didn’t feel that lumping in panel shows and talk shows would be any good as they’re such different forms of comedy.

I don’t mind people voting for a show without watching the shows it is up against but please try to refrain from voting against shows because you don’t like them. We want a fair vote to find the people’s favourite. Also, try to keep the comments fairly civil.

Hopefully, if your favourite show doesn’t win or go very far, this will still be a good way to find new shows to try out and revisit old favourites too.
