URANUS RETROGRADE BEGINS TODAY!

Happening in the sign of Ta**us, Uranus brings quick changes that can shake up our foundations of reality. Whether figurative or literal in the case of earthquakes and natural disasters, Uranus in Ta**us has ushered in unpredictably swift changes into our lives and that continues on into 2024.

In retrograde, Uranus in Ta**us allows us to reflect on how we want to incorporate what we've learned from these shakeups, which changes we would like to make permanent, and how we want to rebuild our foundation of reality into the future.

Uranus in Ta**us is not the most comfortable placement because Uranus rules over the unconventional rebel of the future and Ta**us represents the conservative traditionalist.

There's a kind of tug of war happening between the two here where, collectively, we may be struggling with integrating technology into our lives, technological breakdowns, dealing with climate change and environmental impact, and there is a need to ask ourselves: What are the traditions we want to take with us into the future and which will we leave behind?

Which time-honored and tested methods still work? How is technology helping us and how is it hindering or even hurting us? We don't have to throw the baby out with the bath water, so to speak.

Happy Full Moon in Aquarius! 🌕

The Full Moon arrives at 27° in the fixed air sign of Aquarius on August 19, 2024 at approximately 11:25 AM PST // 2:25 PM EST depending on your location.

The Full Moon in Aquarius lunation completes a cycle in the sign of Aquarius where friendship, social groups and causes, networking, humanitarian efforts, and trying new and innovative things take center stage in our lives.

This Full Moon completes a cycle we began back in early February with the New Moon in Aquarius and allows us to close out one chapter and begin a new one.

During this Full Moon in Aquarius, it's a great idea to balance our pride and individuality with our need to belong and fit into social groups, have friendships, and rebel from convention.
