Ryan McVey is excited for the opportunity to be on Ciphered Knowledge. Ryan previously worked on "The Act," a Universal TV production, After The Fall, as well as, lead and supporting roles in pilots for potential developments by networks. Ryan grew up in Savannah and played football while attending Savannah Christian Academy and later Semi-Pro in the Gridiron Football League. McVey considers graduation as a US Marine from Parris Island, SC a major accomplishment in his early 20s and was stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA. He is a certified Firefighter and Paramedic for the last 10 years. Currently Ryan is currently working as a Covid Compliance supervisor for film and tv productions and pursuing a career in modeling/acting/motivational speaking. He enjoys spending as much time as possible with his 6 year old son, playing the guitar and riding motorcycles.

Join the cipher this Sunday, with guest Dion Wingate. Self-awareness is having a clear perception of your personality, including strengths, weaknesses, thoughts, beliefs, motivation, and emotions. Self-awareness allows you to understand other people, how they perceive you, your attitude and your responses to them in the moment. Although it took Dion to hit rock bottom to start exploring becoming self-aware, that is where the shift began for him to be able to change his future. Ironically, I believe his soul was so tortured by not being able to self-medicate with drugs and alcohol and also not being allowed to be swayed because of his incarceration by the circumstances and the people in his life to distract him from his reality that ultimately forced him to face the stone hard cold truth of the life he was living.
