Well. I've upgraded my CPU. Tested it and now I am able to stream other games!!! I was able to do this from the star donations. So a huge thank you to all my supporters!!!

GTA V, Fivem, Streamlabs OBS. Works Great all together
Cyberpunk and Call of Duty. works fine but uses 70 to 100% cpu can't stream due to lag and other issues
Cheap steam games: same as above. will work fine till I want to stream them.

here is my pc specs:

Mother Board: ASUS PRIME B360M-A
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz
Ram: 24.0 GB
GPU: Radeon RX 580 Series

Any advice on upgrades or settings for Windows 10 or settings for game and OBS
