Welcome to ‘This Precious Time’

Hi, my name is Craig and I love telling stories! Having been a screenwriter and award winning film-maker for over twenty years now. (Check me out on IMDB)

OK, A little more about me....I am a hopeless nostalgic and have found a natural role as a ‘family archiver’. I love nothing better than coming across family memorabilia and lovingly storing precious memories of my family ‘past’; this ranges from photos, videos, audio tapes, letters and even keepsakes - I keep everything stored safe and always find such comfort in keeping those lovely memories of days long past alive in my family’s hearts and minds today.

I particularly found a great passion in spending time keeping the cherished memories of my late dad Rob (who passed in 2002) alive by revisiting old photos and videos of videos that he recorded himself and creating bespoke media as unique Christmas gifts for my family.

After searching my feelings for what was fuelling me to do this - I came to the realisation that I simply wanted to ensure his character, quirks, voice and life story were kept alive for those who knew and loved him - and also provide something that would connect to the four grandchildren who never got to meet him in person.
