The Carnivore Diet
Ang Carnivore Diet ay isang uri ng Very Low Carbohydrate or Ketogenic Diet na puro karne lang ang kinakain. Walang plants.
Ang mga benefits ng Carnivore Diet:
✔️Fat loss
✔️Anti inflammation
✔️Management of auto immune diseases
✔️Gastrointestinal health
✔️It is an Elimination Diet (removes irritants, inflammatories, anti nutrients, food insensitivities from certain plants with: phytates, lectins, gluten, oxalates, inflammatory plant proteins, too much fiber, etc)
✔️All benefits of the low carb and ketogenic diet (management/reversal of chronic diseases, optimal brain fuction, cardiovascular health, etc)
Ang go-to food ng carnivores: ruminant meats gaya ng beef. Pero pwede rin ang ibang animal food.

2️⃣. Ang nasa 2nd picture naman ay si Dr. Shawn Baker. Napakalakas na tao. Holder sya ng ilang records (sa rowing, i think). Ang kinakain lang nya ay karne. Mostly beef.
Madalas din nyang I test ang kanyang Coronary Artery Calcium (CAC) score. Ang palagi nyang nakukuha: ZERO (walang calcification ng arteries).

3️⃣. Dr. Jordan Peterson. Isa sya ngayon sa pinaka well known na psychologists. Very active sya sa social media. Subalit prone sya sa depression at weight fluctuations, na na manage nya on Carnivore.
4️⃣. Michaela Peterson. Nagkaroon sya ng napakatinding auto immune disease. Ang napakag manage lang sa kanyang sakit na yan ay ang Carnivore Diet. Anak sya ni Dr. Jordan Peterson.
5️⃣. Joe Rogan. Nagtaka si Joe Rogan sa nangyari sa kanyang physique nung nag Carnivore sya. Dinocument nya yan. Nag fat loss sya, mas gumanda ang muscle mass nya, naging mas constant ang energy nya, at balanse ang mood.
