Ashanti shares how she used this tool to help her build a successful business helping 100s of women get fitter and healthier.

Ashanti is no ordinary fitness coach as she focusses on what she calls Mental Fitness. An approach that takes into consideration our mental state as well as our physical.

Ashanti has also done a TedTalk sharing her story.

In Episode 12, we look into one of my favourite tools; The Logbook.

The reason I love logbooks is that they are personal to you. You can log whatever you want in them whether that’s your thoughts, feelings, your diet, your exercise. Literally anything.

By keeping a track of these things, we allow ourselves to be held accountable every single day. And it only takes about 10 minutes each day. I think that’s pretty powerful stuff.

Remember, thoughts are vibrations and whatever vibrations you are sending out will come back to you.

If you’re constantly thinking “I don’t want that” that is a feeling of lack. You then attract more of that which you don’t want.
