WE ARE KNOCKING ON THE DOORS OF YOUR HEARTS TO HELP BABY ZURI, DAUGHTER OF FELLOW ALUMNI GET THROUGH ANOTHER HURDLE.
Last night, June 22, 2021, one-year-old Baby Zuri was admitted to one of the hospital in Cagayan De Oro City due to inflammation of her stomach and fever. She was then diagnosed with Severe Sepsis. She is currently relying on a breathing apparatus to help her breathe efficiently. She will be transferred to an ICU today, to cure the infection.
Baby Zuri was first admitted last March 2021 due to pneumonia. She was diagnosed with Cerebral Atrophy, by her attending doctors. Cerebral Atrophy's condition makes her unable to swallow correctly, that even a small amount of her saliva can go directly to her lungs. Thus, causing pneumonia. 10 days after the first admission, Baby Zuri has undergone Tracheostomy and Gastrostomy, for her to breathe better and for her food to go through her body efficiently. The bill from her first admission was more than 700K pesos, an amount which Baby Zuri's parents are still trying to pay off.
Baby Zuri's family needs financial help from everyone willing, to pay the current hospital bill and to help with Baby Zuri's medication.
