Our cohort of 51 Leaders have been selected for the Breakthrough Leaders Programme’s first year, narrowed down from a pool of 400 nominations, including Bad Wolf’s David P Davis, BBC commissioning editor Nasfim Haque and Vinnie Shergill, head of creative diversity at BBC Studios.

“Our leaders were chosen because they had a clear idea of not only what they wanted to achieve but also how they can effect change,” said Simone Pennant, founder and director of the TV Collective.
