EXTENDED FOR TWO WEEKS

BREAKING: President Duterte has extended the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna, and Cavite for two more weeks or until May 14, 2021.

The City of Santiago, Quirino, and Abra will be under MECQ for the whole month of May.

Meanwhile, Apayao, Baguio City, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Batangas, Quezon, Tacloban City, Iligan City, Davao City, Lanao Del Sur will be placed under general community quarantine or GCQ also until May 31, 2021.

The rest of the Philippines will be under modified general community quarantine or MGCQ.

TINGNAN: Batay sa pinakahuling tala ng Manila Department of Social Welfare (MDSW) ngayong araw, ika-13 ng Abril ay umabot na sa 116,033 na pamilyang Manilenyo ang nakatanggap ng tig-P4,000 na ECQ ayuda mula sa national government.

Pinuntahan mismo ng mga kawani ng MDSW ang distribution areas sa anim na distrito ng lungsod. Mahigpit namang ipinatutupad ang minimum health protocols sa distribusyon.

Para sa iba pang benepisyaryo, antabayanan lamang ang pagdating ng MDSW staff sa inyong mga komunidad sa susunod pang mga araw para sa distribusyon ng ayuda sa inyong barangay.

Pinasalamatan naman ni Manila City Mayor Francisco ‘Isko Moreno’ Domagoso sa kanilang serbisyo ang buong pwersa ng MDSW na pinangungunahan ni Director Re Fugoso gayundin ang mga kapwa niya lingkod-bayan sa pamahalaang nasyunal mula sa Department of Social Welfare and Development, Department of the Interior and Local Government, at Department of National Defense.

UPDATE: The provincial government of Benguet reported 55 new COVID-19 confirmed cases on Tuesday, 13 April 2021.

The new cases came from La Trinidad with 26, Atok with seven, Kapangan with five, Buguias and Tuba with four cases each, Bokod with three, Mankayan with two, and Itogon, Kibungan, Kabayan, and Tublay with one new case each.

There are also 42 new recoveries with 17 from La Trinidad, 16 from Kapangan, four from Tublay, two each from Atok and Bakun, and one from Sablan.

One new death case was a 98 year-old female from La Trinidad.

Benguet now has a total of 6,634 COVID-19 confirmed cases with 5,563 recoveries, 939 active cases, and 132 COVID-19 related deaths.
