Blessing of the Welkin Moon giveaway!!

Mechanics:
1) During the event, viewers can earn Moolah by watching the streams at twitch.tv/BRGRespawn , gifting subs, sending bits, and using the !gamba and !duel commands. Rankings will be tallied at the end of Genshin patch 5.2.

2) At the start of patch 5.3, We'll do a pulling spree (approximately 600 wishes) and for each 50/50 win, the highest rankers will win a Blessing of the Welkin Moon (convertible to ZZZ's Inter-knot Membership).
