A few days ago was our first anniversary with the 48 Hour Film Project!
We are deeply saddened in its absence this summer, but hopefully, we will be back to compete with the many talented Buffalo filmmakers we know and love in September.
We can’t wait to show you what else we’re capable of! 🎥

Hello film lovers, cast, and crew. It is with saddened hearts that we announce that, due to current events, the project has been postponed. As we share this memory from last year’s 48, we invite you to connect with your felllow cast, crew, and other artistic friends and family through proper social distancing guidelines to create something during this hiatus. That something can be a script, a book, a collective art piece, maybe even a creative short film or documentary! The work of a filmmaker never stops, and we are definitely living through a historic time that will be remembered vividly for years to come.
This decision was clearly made with the health and safety of every filmmaker involved, and we fully respect this decision.

So, until we meet again at the 48, and once again: yeet, defeat, repeat 🎥

Due to recent events, the Buffalo 48 Hour Film Project has been postponed.

We still intend on participating whenever we feel that it will be safe for our studio and their friends and family. Although this news saddened us greatly, we know it is for the betterment of both our and our communities’ health and wellbeing.
