Last week I had the absolute pleasure of opening up the latest pop up bar at The Sacher Hotel in Vienna this week!! Featuring a new creation, the Sacher Negroni is a cacao infused gin garnished with a few flakes of dark chocolate (inspired by the infamous Sacher torte of course!) and a big peel of orange! In perfect alignment with the Vienna ball season, the bar is now open in full swing!! Big thanks to the and teams and enough for putting this all together!!! Go visit and tell ‘em I sent ya!
