Therefore, we must resign ourselves to suffer, but to suffer with patience and if possible with joy. To suffer in order to make amendment for our sins. To suffer for love of Jesus, Who suffered and died for our salvation.

The greatest thing you go through, that hurts you the most, might bring forth the most healing for someone in the future. It might give you the wisdom to know something that you could not know otherwise. Both grow together!!

Here’s the blessing of both....I praise God when I feel him, I praise God when I don’t. I praise God when he does it....I praise him when he shows up 4 days late to Lazarus’ funeral. I know even now, if we roll the stone away, and speak to what’s inside of it, it can still come forth!!

I believe in resurrection!! I don’t believe that seeds go into the grown to die!! I believe that when you plant a seed, you STAND there with an expectation!!

He is the Lord of harvest and every seed planted in sorrow!!

In times like this, we are forced to refocus. But what does refocus mean? Refocus means putting our eyes back on Jesus, realigning our priorities back to where they should have been all along!! Too often, we get mixed up in the hustle and bustle of life. We put celebrities and athletes on pedestals and sometimes even change who we are to try to become more like them. When that becomes the case, you are on a slippery slope.

While we are knee deep in the epidemic, it’s important that we find living hope!! My hope is “hard boiled egg hope”!! My hopes been through the fire, been through hell, been disappointed, and still found a way to bounce back. Even it’s cracked on the surface, even if it’s cracked on the surface, it’s still good on the inside!! I’ve got a LIVING hope!! So love God, love your neighbor, love your community, and love your purpose!!
