Recommendation against Hon. Nguen Monytuil from Council of state should be null and void by Presidency.

It is obvious that the incompetent and biased council of state will obviously recommend the removal of able Governor Dr. Nguen from the post of governorship just to serve the interest of Riek Machar, Taban and Mary Ayen.
This is simply because Riek and Taban do not see their agenda of regime change being implemented Dr. Nguen thus they duo want to get ride of him to favor way for their agenda. Equally madam Mary Ayen the deputy speaker for council of state is another desperate fellow to see Monytuil relinquish unity state simply because of community motivated politics in West Upper region. Hon. Ayen should know that the interest of SPLM is more than her own interest and should not work against SPLM comrades and join hands with opposition. She must reconsider herself and work for one government of SPLM
I call upon our President to disregard all these political making design to weaken the regime by the opposition. Dr. Nguen Monytuil is one of the most competent and successfully governor among the governors of South Sudan. He deserves support and respect among the ranks and file of SPLM.
According to constitution of South Sudan, council of state does not have such powers to impeach or withdraw vote of confidence. This is baseless imagination from enemies of peace in Unity state and South Sudan at large.
Therefore I call upon membership of SPLM to remain calm and patience to allow the leadership to handle it. There is much hope that our president knows all this making from enemies of peace in South Sudan.

The children of Gen. Anthony Bol Madut, the late SPLA war veteran have begged President Salva Kiir for food, and shelter at the orphanage.
Gen. Anthony Bol died of an illness while seeking medical treatment in Egypt in August 2019. He was 78.
Following his demise, his two children ended up in a Juba orphanage to meet their basic needs.

Yesterday, the governor of Warrap State Aleu Ayieny visited them at the Stone International Church, home to thousands of other orphans in Juba.
Upon Aleu’s visit, the two children Bol Bol Madut and Peace Bol Madut cried for help from the government and particularly from President Salva Kiir.

Addressing the governor on behave of his fellow orphans, Peace Bol Madut delivered an emotional speech, appealing for basic services at the orphanage.

What you see and what you hear are not the same. The eyes are the human heart. What you have seen today is what you will take to the president,” Peace Bol Madut said.
“We want you to join hands with the church in helping us. God has given you a chance to be alive in this world, Not everyone stays in this world,

“What the prophet has done is not his duty but his giving back through God just like you [President Kiir] fought for this country. This is the same fight the prophet is doing today,

The late’s orphans decried a lack of basic needs such as food, education, housing, and clothes coupled with poor living conditions at the orphanage.

Two villagers draped in suits & ties went to Raandithon Bul Hotel today, one ordered black tea and the other ordered 1/2 litre water and some snacks. To their surprise they were given a bill of 82 USD, now they are beefing with the waitresses!

All they have in their pockets is 750 SSP and part of it was supposed to be for their transport to Kubri Haboba. Unfortunately their relatives aren't picking their calls for financial reinforcements.

Mr. Madhang and Mr. Mangar say tea is 50 SSP in Turalei and a bottle of mineral water is 100 SSP in Bor. They have tried to ask for forgiveness but the management doesn't give a damn ... 🤣

When you visit Mbarara where President Museveni come from, you may think it is Uganda's capital, you could not believe that the town was established in such a small country as Uganda; the city is equipped with contemporary institutions, hospitals, and overall amenities that make modern business attractive. Go to Shendi, where President Omar al Bashir was born; the town has bypassed the old well-known cities in Sudan and is now one of the country's economic hubs; go to Nkandla, a small village in South Africa where Jacob Zouma was born; there are modern skyscrapers and the hosting state's business centre. Visit Fuping county in China's Shaanxi province, where Xi Jinping was born, and you could assume it was made by God; the city is wired with contemporary cameras, and you might think it was the biblical Garden of Eden. Now, come back to South Sudan, go to Warrap State's capital, Kuajok, where the pig hails from, you may really know that your President is a 'beast': Women die at birth because of a dearth of maternity Wards (one midwife for every 10,000 pregnant women). Rampant insecurity, there are no banks in the state, no airport, no roads, no universities (though there is one government secondary school), no conducive environment for business and no state government infrastructure. However, the state has contributed to the nation a large number of thieves who know how to rob the national purse, and hide it outside the country, and when you speak of such, people will be labeled as evils. Change must begin with Warrap, and Kiir and his gangs must be removed.

The former Managing director for Nilepet and Gas corporation Dr. Chol Deng Abel vows down to apply any possible tactics in winning the heart of the country's leadership to be appointed as the
new MD to fill the vacant. He proclaimed, he want to implement some major projects he missed out during his first term.

His former HR Manager, Michael Ruot Mayen spoke out his mind in one of the tea places in Juba town, he cliamed to sweep out all the staff employed during the term of Eng. Bol Ring Mourwel. Ruot added, if the leadership fail to appoints Dr Chol, then they will lobby for pro-Chol to implement the initiative. He also revealed the same statement in the side meeting with some of his working colleagues in Atlabara office.

Valentino Achak Deng fled from fighting in what's now South Sudan as a small frightened boy and spent many years in refugee camps, before finally reaching America and having his story told in the best-selling book, What is the What.

But despite having the option of staying in the US, Valentino chose to return to South Sudan after it gained independence - and is now in charge of managing state schools in Northern Bahr el Ghazal, in the north of the country.

There, his mission is to get hundreds of thousands of children into school, but shortages of resources make it difficult. His district has just 5,406 teachers to teach 400,000 students - that's almost 75 students per teacher.

And in a country with poor access to electricity and the internet, prerequisites for online learning, the pandemic has also meant many children have had no schooling for a year.

But he says he's never regretted his decision to return.

"I'm using [my] skills to provide education and manage resources, to build basic infrastructure and to help eradicate poverty. I see these as very meaningful things I should do in life, rather than sit with my friends in New York and London and pretend nothing is happening."

We celebrated this day every years in South Sudan when it got her independent on 9th July 2011 .

South Sudan is a republic country which has no any king or queen to rule it however public of this country is the ruler.

Every one of us living in this country has equal rights, no one can be a president, chief administrator or minister without voting of us.

We have the right to choose our best President,Governor, members of parliaments or other leaders to lead this country in the right direction.

Our leaders should be capable enough to think in the favor of our country.

They should think equally about every states, villages and cities of the country so that South Sudan can be a well developed country without any discrimination of race, religion, poor, rich, high class, lower class, middle class, illiteracy, etc.

Our leaders should have dominating property in the favor of country so that each and every official may follow all the rules and regulations in correct way.

Every official should follow the South Sudan rules and regulations in order to make this country a corruption free country.

Only a corruption free south Sudan would really and truly mean a country with “Unity in Diversity”. Our leaders should not understand them a special person, as they are one from us and have been selected according to their capability to lead the country.

They have been selected by us to serve their truthful services to the South Sudan for a limited time period.

So, there should not be any confusion between their own ego and authority and position.

As being an South Sudanese citizen, we too are fully responsible about our country.

We should make ourselves up-to-date, read news and be completely aware of what are going on in our country, what are going on wrong or right, what are our leaders doing and firstly what we are doing for our country.

Earlier, south Sudan was a slave country under Arabs rule which was made independent after several years of struggle by the sacrifices of thousands of lives of our freedom fighters.

So, we should not let go easily their all priceless sacrifices and make this country a slave country again under corruption, illiteracy, inequality and other social discrimination.

Today is the best day when we should take an oath to preserve our country’s real meaning, position, status and most importantly culture of humanity.

Long years ago, great South Sudanese leaders were made a tryst with the destiny to give us a free and peaceful country by sacrificing their comfort of life.

After the independence South Sudan get new birth with happy face of all south Sudanese citizens.

South Sudan got independence on 9th of July in 2011 from the clutches of Arabs rules.

South Sudanese people all over the country celebrate this national festival annually with lots of joy and enthusiasm.

It was great day for all the south Sudanese citizens when flag was unfolded by the first vice president at United state headquarters and Juba, South Sudan capital and his Excellency the first president Salva Kiir Mayardit .

A huge celebration takes place in Juba and others part of south Sudan at John Garang Mosulum every year where national anthem is sung after the flag hoisting by president Together with the national anthem a salute through 21 guns firing and showering of flowers through helicopter is given to the national flag.

That 21 guns firing mean the years of our struggle

Independence day is a national holiday however everyone celebrate this from their own places by hosting the flags in schools, offices or society.

We should feel proud to be a South Sudanese and try our best to save the honor of our country our fathers and mothers fought for it.

Why Jemma Nunu Kumba should be relieved

Secretary General of the SPLM is considered the chief administrative officer of the Party that runs the party in consultation with the Chairperson, recommend the appointment of SPLM National Secretaries and deputies. And mostly Preside over the meetings of the General Secretariat. Receive reports of all departments and committees, except those falling directly under the Chairperson, Channel the resolutions and directives of the PB, NLC, NC and the General Secretariat to all Sectors and ensure their implementation.
Prepare periodic progressive reports on the work of the General Secretariat including financial reports, define political direction and coordinate the the activities, programs, policies and political strategy of the party to see that they are translated in reality.
In summary, the above are the Core function where Acting Secretary General is expected to perform.

However, the ASG has shamelessly failed to meet one of those mentioned above, and she managed to exploit the abovementioned duties by creating a patronage that has resulted to mismanagement of party assets.

Financial mismanagement; Jemma Nunu Kumba tenure has been characterised by financial scandal of all times, the Treasury of national secretariats was rifts off in 2018 simple because she always approved the White elephants programs, among others are several redundant approval of funds for said SPLM Plaza, approval of funds for all leagues and chapters and other activities yet those funds don't reached their intended purpose instead ended up in her banks accounts with her associates. This corrupt practices prompt the members of political bureau including the chairman to suspend the reimburse of SPLM funds in Central Bank in 2018, which was followed directly by Lobonok Retreat.

Malfeasance; the Secretary General has failed to observe bureaucratic chain of administration, she has empowered junior officials more than their seniors, this has resulted in to administration abysmal which causes discontent between her and other Secretaries that resulted to endless suspension of some Secretaries.

lack of transparency; the acting Secretary General has failed to observe the transparent way of doing things, instead she prefer her trusted close associates as her helpers and consultants. All action of the National Secretariat comes as a surprise to the some executive secretaries, among others are the recent appointment of state governors and members of Parliament.

Dictatorial tendency; the action of Secretary General since her appointment has been reflective of who have different opinions about her actions, she has been fighting and targeting the subordinates officials simply they have personal different with her or her friends, for instance, the former youths league were targeted and not supported because they choose to raise the concern that are important to be addressed, two Secretaries and other administrator were suspended on no ground simply because of their opinions.

Favorism; national Secretariat during the time of Jemma Nunu Kumba is characterised by nepotism and tribalism, she has some important people who have says in everything, among them is her powerful deputy secretary for popular and syndicated organizations everything who totally destroyed popular and syndicated organisations who had managed to destroy all the party leagues.

SPLM Should be reformed by immediate removal of Cde. Jemma Nunu from the party National Secretariat leadership.

Voices from significant number of the SPLM members of parliament, appeal to the Head of ITGONU and president of South Sudan that the Speaker of the upcoming R-TNLA be an elected member of parliament as per the 2010 electoral results, instead of random appointees like Jemma Nunu Kumba, who have no legitimacy from their constituencies, and now desperately running around for the speakership nomination. The voices continue to say, Nunu Kumba is a face of failure in the SPLM and wider leadership in South Sudan, and that she can't be allowed to transfer her records of enormous failure to the national parliament!

In response to his article posted on South Sudan Eye page where he (Dr. Chol Deng) claimed domination of Oil Sector Industry by three sections namely Tonj, Gogrial and Twic, South Sudanese have to judge this crosier Dr. Chol Deng Thon Abel who is a certified thief in the oil and gas industry.
President Salva Kiir relieved this crook as MD of NILEPET in September 2020 after his fecund corruption in the oil Sector reached peak. He was accused of embezzling millions of United States Dollars. He started behaving like attacked dog after losing his position. He still believes in witchcraft to make his reappointment as MD of NILEPET possible for the second time. Dr. Chol Deng is a certified thief who doesn’t fear public properties.
His meeting with cronies on 10 June 2021 failed to table a clear agenda, rather he talked nonsense against the leadership of the Country. The meeting resolved to primarily tarnish the reputation of a qualified and experienced Eng. Bol Ring Mourwel on social Media. As a usual liar, he informed the uncivilized associates about his determination and interest to be Managing Director (MD) of NILEPET or Undersecretary in the Ministry of Petroleum. The meeting furthermore resolved that Dr. Chol should engage those who are obstacles to his appointment. Superficially, he was advised by his followers to bribe some individuals who are closed to the center of power for easy pe*******on. With his apparent characteristics of ruddiness and hegemony, he openly expressed his dissatisfactions with SPLM under President Kiir and for that reasons he had collateral talks ( he confessed) with top leadership of SPLM-IO in which he was promised a ministerial position in the upcoming reshuffle of the National government.
While in Nairobi, Dr. Chol Deng had been holding secret meetings with rebel Gen. Paul Malong Awan for possible defection to SSUF/A. This is his 'Plan B'. Should SPLM-IO fail to offer him a ministerial portfolio, he will join Paul Malong Awan. Chol is one of the best examples of the power-hungry South Sudanese.
His poorest leadership manifests itself as this certified thief took loans of 95 million USD from Joint Operating Companies (JOCs), a huge amount that ended up numinously in his pocket. Dr. Chol is a true plunder. He had issued a PMC contract to his own company and paid himself 4 million USD. This contract didn’t follow a legal contractual procedures. His other company is providing DPOC with fuel. This guy is extremely corrupt and must be imprisoned by the concerned authority.
He messily employed his unqualified relatives in sensitive positions in Joint operating companies, majority of them lack academic credentials to support their employment. He is constructing five story buildings in Juba and big mansion in Arkuweet, Khartoum ( ). Dr. Chol’s house in Khartoum
His wife with pride told her friend that Dr. Chol owns 39 million USD in his offshore banks accounts. This oblivious man during his tenure turned NilePet into his own property. Chol deserved capital punishment since he used to sexually assault his female colleagues in the office.
Thank God our Government recently issued an order to apprehend those with fake certificates, Chol should be among the firsts. Ridiculously, Dr. Chol is not a professional registered Engineer. He has difficulties in English writing that is why most of his writings are in Arabic. He is very unfit to any sensitive position. Why is he refusing to serve in the Ministry of Water Resources since his unauthenticated PhD is in water management?
As espionage and leaking of core information are of prime crimes in any Country, this dull man used Atong Amos as informer to gather intelligence in the office of the president, an act that a sever and presumptive imprisonment . This crook is a threat to national security of our country.

PRESS STATEMENT ON THE ALLEGATIONS MADE BY DR. CHOL DENG ABEL THON AND HIS GROUP
Date: 20th June, 2021

Dear public
The management of South Sudan Anti-Corruption Forum would like to make clarification on the false statement issued by Dr. Chol Deng against us alleging that our page was hacked under the directive of the current Managing Director Eng. Bol Ring. The statement dated 17th June, 2021 falsely added that Dr. Chol Deng has no link with South Sudan Anti-Corruption Forum further alleging that Dr. Chol Deng and Eng. Bol Ring Mourwel were in good terms.

We would like to tell the public that:

1) the concocted justifications by Dr. Chol Deng were attempts to clear himself after we seriously warned him for availing false information meant to tarnish the image of the Managing Director of NILEPET to South Sudan Anti-Corruption Forum. We clearly told him that it's against our objectives and ethics because what we see being done by the current Managing Director is positive (e.g. refinery, construction of roads, buying and installation of oil rigs for drilling, ending of special contracts, etc) but Chol has been presenting to us contrary things.

2) He (Dr. Chol) fabricated that our page was hacked which is not true. Nobody has hacked our account. What we know is that he is trying to hack our page after we rejected publishing his fabrications. He has hired an IT team in Nairobi to hack South Sudan Anti-Corruption Forum page. Chol is now using a page called "New South Sudan Press" to misinform and mislead the public after we have rejected his propaganda.

3) the current MD has no authority to direct us since he (Eng. Bol Ring) is not a member of South Sudan Anti-Corruption Forum nor our boss.

4) Dr. Chol Deng Abel Thon is a well-known liar who does not like anybody making achievements other than him. He is known for jealousy, hatred, nepotism, corruption and mismanagement. Chol wants to be flattered even if he is doing a wrong thing, a mistake South Sudan Anti-Corruption Forum cannot make.

5) Chol has to resolve his differences with his successor (Eng. Bol) or he fights him outside this page because we don't fight for individual interests but public's instead.

6) We are warning him (Chol) once again to stop his allegations against us (SSACF) immediately. Failure to desist will lead to exposing him how he looted NILEPET and the people of South Sudan. We will tell the public his looted assets (e.g. million of US Dollars and houses he bought when he was the MD).

7) We have substantial evidence regarding the above points and we shall publish them should the need arise.

Last but not least, we are repeatedly warning Dr. Chol Deng to seize all the propaganda against South Sudan Anti-Corruption Forum.
