As a parent, you say and do things you may later feel bad for, yelling or spanking. But you can't hold that against yourself. Try being better next time. We are not perfect and we're learning just like our children are learning. I remember so many times I would yell for what I thought was a reason, but it was just me experiencing something I didn't understand. I am learning how to be a mom. We are all learning how to be something and we're not going to be perfect at it. But it is worth it. Our children are worth it. Don't give up hope and if you do need assistance, don't be scared to get help. Whether it's anger issues, depression, or anything else. There are programs out there. This is just a random thing that I thought about looking through my videos and memories. Don't hate yourself or think you're not a great parent or spouse because you're going through something. Talk to a professional and find out what can help.
