Perspective is everything, just one thought change can be the difference between having major success or living a life of mediocrity.

By day im a job coach and recently had a client come in who was really struggling with seeing any value in life and within herself...no point to life...no purpose and it broke my heart. Her health conditions had really taken a toll on her desire to interact in the world.

As we moved through our session it was apparent her focus was on all the problems life had served her.

Her language and thoughts were saturated with certainty that there was nothing she could do or was willing to do to shift where she was at.

So we started small...

What's one thing you enjoy?
What's one thing your grateful for?
What's one thing that lights you up?
What's one thing your really good at?

And with each question, I began to see a slight energy shift...

Her head no longer drooped, her answers became more than a few words and a little smile crossed her face as she spoke of her dreams.

I was grateful for this experience because it made clear that no matter your situation you get to choooooooose the lens from which you view the event and it just takes one small thought to kick start the shift.

Everyday I'm grateful for the women I surround myself with through my online business, we are a community who thrive in uplifting one another, who understand the value and importance of personal development and delivering heart centred services to the people we help get started.

Being a part of this community had given me the tools that I needed in life to thrive not only in business but in life too especially during one of the most vulnerable times in my life when my baby went through chemo

I had to choose every day to keep fighting for one....my babies life but two...to create a life where I could be available to my children and money be made in the background through automation and I feel so blessed for my growth over the past few years.

If your anything like me, or have been experiencing A LOT over the past few years, then your probably about ready for a change.

Less stress
More time for you
And a whole new outlook on what you want your life to be!

The first image in this reel was in 2020 and my youngest child had a 6 hour surgery to remove a massive 5cm tumor from his neck at just 6 months old.

I was exhausted, from the stress the months of chemo prior and thinking about many more to come. I couldnt believe this was my life.

It took everything I had to keep going at that time.

What's crazy is that at that time, my saving grace was my online business. Sounds weird I know...who turns to work at a time like this?

At the time, I had not long started in Affiliate Marketing. I needed to find something I could do from anywhere especially now that i had a sick child, couldnt work and recieved zero assistance from the gov.

I was so green to Affiliate Marketing so I would use the pockets of my time to learn this new skill set. Which was fun, but the best part was the personal development and mindset work that accompanied...all taught in the same platform.

When your faced with losing a child, you get some perspective in life, you realise what's important and for me that was making the most of my time with the ones I love.

So it was head down and bum up, while I got stuck in.

Looking back I can't believe I did this all while my baby went through chemo. But I did, I juggled it all. It taught me that, I had grit, that if I really want something I will go for it.

Two years on and my son is thriving and so is his mama.

Now that he's doing great, I feel like it's my time to really go all in on my business so that I can create legacy wealth for my babies and I..(I'll share more about that in the coming days)

I just looooooooove what I do! I get to show up online as my authentic self, use the skillset I've learnt and I get to help other women do the same.

Sometimes the best time to start something new is when you're in the trenches, sometimes we need something to hold onto, that hope to pull us through.

Don't wait for everything to perfect before you start that thing you've been contemplating...

Just go for it, the rest will fall into place.

Life can sure throw some curve balls!

Sometimes it can feel like it's one watermelon sized boulder coming one after another and it can leave you feeling like your constantly ducking and dodging especially as a single mum.

Single Mum...that's my most recent title and if you can relate...it's an adjustment right ladies?

The shift from a two parent unit where roles were shared (if your lucky like was) to trying to make it all on your own.

Setting up all over again isn't easy especially with the rising costs and housing crisis (which seems to be EVERYWHERE).

Despite the challenges of the untying of emotions, material items and the establishing of a new abode and kids schooling etc all you can do is stay focused on your goals and vision ahead.

My vision has always been to travel with my babies, to world school and work from anywhere and I'm so blessed to have the 'vehicle' to bring this vision to life.

In 2023 I'm dedicated to not only my growth but the growth of other women, mums and people who want that location free lifestyle but don't know how to obtain it.

For the past few years I've been in the affiliate marketing space coaching women on how to create an income using social media and earning between $375 & $3462 per sale using automated systems.

Im a dabbler....

I try things, I get board, I give up...

I try something else.

I tell myself...I've got what I needed...so what's next?

But what happens is....

I never quite get the satisfaction of seeing things through.

I stop myself out of fear...

Perceived outcomes...

Or sheer laziness.

But something happened in November that shifted that mindset for me.

When my son went through cancer, I said that if we get through this I want to give back, I want to do whatever I can to make a difference.

And so far I've given back by sharing our story with charities and various media forums where they have made thousands off the back of Masons journey.

But last month I decided to take on the Starlight Go Big Challenge and walk 50km in the month of Nov.

Prior to that, I legit never exercised...like nothing in the past couple years and I packed on the weight.

But I pushed through and completed this challenge and I share this because not only do I now love walking, but I've lost weight and I eat better. Because I finally finished something, I now believe I can do it again.

What I've realised, is that when my challenge is connected to something meaningful, I'll go all in.

And that's like all goals right, if we are connected to a bigger reason then we're likely to go through with the thing.

So my little tip going Into 2023 is, when setting up your goals, don't just pluck them out of thin air.

Get deep with the reasons you're wanting the thing.

Ask yourself...

How do I want to feel?

What impact will this make on myself and those around me?

And how is this going to add value to my life?

I hope this little tip helps you get closer to the things you want to achieve.

𝙋𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚'𝙨 𝙤𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙙𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙥𝙖𝙮 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨...
You may or may not have heard that little quote before but it was one that really hit home when I was thinking about starting my online business.
At the time I worked in a prison and earned really good money but I was so unhappy and the environment really wore me down.
I remember thinking, I have got to find something else! I need something that felt inspiring, that felt like I could make a difference but because I had a set point of earning a particular amount of money per month, It needed to be something that would match or be even better!
Now, I don't have a degree, I don't even have an 'accredited' diploma so when looking for well-paying jobs, it was slim pickings.
The thing was....I had big dreams, I wanted a house, I have 4 kids, so I want them to have all the things and opportunities they deserve and a low-paying job on its own just wouldn't cut it.
So I sought answers that were slightly outside the box...
And found myself looking to affiliate marketing. An industry that is blowing up right now on literally every social media platform.
Long story short, I found a company and platform I align with that teaches a strategy that can set you and your firstborn up for life. Sounds crazy right?
I've been with this company for 3 years and have seen so many women and families not only make 10k, 20k months but quit their jobs, retire their husbands and make an impact on the lives of others while they do it.
So what happened was...I didn't want to tell anyone about it...too scared that people would tell me...."they've got you by the leg girl". But you only have to look at your feed to see that this is how sales are being made and will only increase in years to come.
Anyway...
It was just too far from what people are taught at school. When you only have one lens to see through, it's hard to see anything else.
I really held myself back initially because of what people MIGHT say, but the thing is...
No one had done the research, no one had crunched the numbers, and no one had ever given it a go themselves!
I mean, you wouldn't take the opinion of your beauty therapist on how to fix your car, so why would you take the opinion of someone inexperienced in the field in which you wish you explore?
You could apply this to anything you do, don't let people's opinions stop you from something that feels good, that lights you up, or can potentially make a massive impact on your future.
You do you boo, the sky is the limit!

Why don't we talk about money?

Is it really that taboo?

I used to be one of these people, I hated talking about money!
It felt way too personal...almost like talking to someone about the d***o you hide in your side drawer! (Yeah you know the one I'm talking about)

But to be honest there was a time I'd much rather talk about that than money!

The anxiety I'd feel about not having it,

The stress I'd experience when telling my kids they couldn't have something,

And the feeling of helplessness when my partner and I would go to bed upset because we'd just argued about bills, the lack of savings, and the frustration of slogging it out only to end up in the same place.

I was unhappy in my job and pi**ed at saying goodbye to money before it even hit my hot little hands. It was a horrible cycle!

The mistake I made was that I was leading from a place of greed, hustle, grind, and by the THINGS I wanted. Money was the focus, the sole focus.

But after learning about money, it's energy and how it flows through my online community I'm leading from service, happiness, purpose, and impact and I believe that when we make decisions from this space no matter how hard it is, no matter the sacrifice we will always attract or be given what was meant for us in all areas of life.

I've been surrounding myself with people who strive for the best!
People who are constantly looking for opportunities for personal growth, financial wealth, for ways in which to make an impact in communities and in the lives of those around us so that together we get to leave a mark for the betterment of humanity.

So watch this space....only good things can come xx

I used to get up before my kids awoke and be home just as they were going to sleep.

Slogging it out for someone else's dreams just isn't my vibe these days!

Being home to support my babies in their growth and have time for mine certainly is!

A typical morning for me looks a little like this 👇

6.30am Snuggles with my baby 👶
7.00am Wake the kids, have brekkie, clean up
8.00am Kids to School
9.00am Create Content for social media📲
10.00am Connect with awesome women in chats or calls
11.00am Listen to a podcast while making lunch
12.00pm Baby has a nap...maybe I do too 🤷‍♀️

Time is something we can never buy back so why do we waste it doing things that don't add value to our lives?

If you had one day to live, how would you spend it?

Who would you spend it with?

If time and money were no obstacle, where would you be?

What impact would you be making in this world?

These are the questions we should be asking!

Your answers are ones you should be living by!

But I get it...

Life, right?

It's busy!
It's noisy!

And boy do we have A LOT of expectations on us as mamas!

With the price increase on just about everything, we must provide an income to help support our families needs!

Getting ahead in life isn't doable on one income these days!

All I know from experience is that a working mama is a stressed mama.

But this is the thing right?

3 years ago I worked full-time shift work, 12 hours a day so trust me I know!

But what I want to tell you is that...

It. Doesn't. Have. To. Be. That. Way!

Life gets to be fun, passionate, adventurous and exciting!

We just need to tweak a few things!

1. We need an income that is on auto pilot most of the time!
2. We need a cause that makes a REAL difference and...
3. We need to be surrounded by people just like us who understand that a J.O.B. isn't the only way to financial freedom!

Im so freaken proud of her!!!

At the beginning of this term my 15 year old daughter decided she wanted to home school and work part time.

She has worked so hard in her studies to a point where she is ahead in her school work and she managed to work and save to completely fund her own trip back to NZ for a month!

Like what!!!
Thats crazy!!!

We all know school isn't for everyone so we were determined to make the best of a situation that just wasn't working for her.

Academically and in sport she did great! But it was the school environment that let her down...

The over crowded classes...
The lack of support for teachers...
The bullying...
The consistent school lock downs etc...

But because I was home we had the option to home school.

We signed up with a great platform called Euka that still teaches the school curriculum and she just completes the work at her own pace and in her own time.

I have to say...best move ever!

I just knew I had to let go....

I attended a business planning workshop for my employer that triggered something within me...

For the past 3 years, I had been working in the online space while trying to work full-time or part-time annnd trying to run a family of 6...

Wheeeeew, I know right...IT'S. A. LOT!

I always knew my business model and strategy was a winner, I've seen so many people use it and have so much success, myself included yet I never had the courage to go all in, quit my job aka - my security blanket, and just give it a real go full-time.

Where focus goes energy flows right?

What I realised in that workshop was that I was willing to put so many hours into making my employer's business and dream work for her and yet I wasn't willing to do it for myself.

Why?

Because I was afraid...

I was afraid of what might happen....

Afraid to have less while I found my feet...
Afraid of what others might think...
Afraid to fail... (you can never really fail though right?)
And even more than any of that...I was afraid to succeed!

Why on earth would I be afraid to succeed?

Honestly...because I would feel so stupid for not having gone all in from the beginning!

Because I would feel stupid for believing that I had to have a J.O.B. to be successful...

For believing that I was only worth my hourly wage...

But you know what?

I'm committed to breaking through all of the things that have kept me playing small because my vision for myself, my family, and the people I get to help is so much bigger!

I believe in doing life in a way that works for you! If it's not working...change it right?

My mentor recently set specific tasks for me to complete each day that would grow my business exponentially...but my good old friend procrastination set in!

Who can relate?

I'm sure I'm not the only one with tasks that if completed, would change things dramatically and set you free!

The clutter in your spare room...
The paperwork on your desk...
The toy room that seems to grow more toys overnight...

If you're like me and want to just get s**t done I want to share a little tip I've come to use...

1. Write a to-do list of the tasks that you want to smash out...
2. Set a timer on your phone
3. Go hard for 10-20 mins, then once the timer is up you can stop/take a break.

What you'll find is that once you get started you are so stuck in, that you wondered why you didn't just get the task done sooner!

I'm a Mum of 4 Kids - 15, 13, 9, and 3, I live in Western Australia with my partner and sprogs and I work online full-time helping other mums create an income using social media (yep, since we are scrolling, we may as well be rolling right?).

I have been in the online space for the past 3 years learning and teaching what it takes to get set up (even if you have no idea where to begin), what products pay ridiculously well and how to attract your ideal client to you so you make soul-aligned sales that don't feel icky at all.

Im a recovering people pleaser!

I'm not sure when it all began, the way my parents tell me...as a 3-year-old I was my own little person, outspoken, fearless, opinionated, stubborn yet loving all at the same time (reminds me of a little 3-year-old I have)

Then I found myself at 30 something with tendencies to want to please and make others 'like' me!

WTAF happened in between 3 & 30?

Whatever it was, I now know...

1. I don't like everyone and everyone doesn't like me...and THAT'S OK!

2. That my self-worth is determined by me and me alone!

3. And that the little 3-year-old had it all figured out all along!

Growing up half Māori and half pakeha I didn't know where I fit in...

I felt uncomfortable in both worlds...too white for one...too dark for the other.

Two cultures, two ways of being, two world views.

At the time I felt it was a curse, I felt like an outcast, the only comfort I found was in others like me.

It wasn't until I grew up that I realised, my 'hybrid' ness...was a blessing.

Understanding both cultures allowed me to then walk in both worlds. Just the way my dad intended when he chose my mother.

As I've grown, I've traveled and come to meet the most incredible people from so many backgrounds and it's in our differences that we find uniqueness and in our similarities we find connection.

Half full or half empty? Five tips to fill your cup daily!

1. Move your body is a way that feels good for you.

2. Feed your spirit (prayer, meditation, connecting to the elements, journalling etc)

3. Get organised - take 5mins to list off what you want to achieve for the day and prioritise.

4. Learn something, Keep growing! (podcast, a chapter a day of you a book you love)

5. Eat the food your body NEEDS - Yep sometimes it's that caramilk cheese cake and sometimes it's that salad, do you boo.

The price of gas, food, rent, postage/shipping, and most retail items has been on the rise quite drastically over the past couple of years and even more so in recent months!

Yet as we know wages aren't keeping up at the same rate!

I know homes are getting crowded with people struggling to find homes,

Mums are shopping for the cheaper brands rather than the ones they choose,

And people are opting for public transport and giving up the convenience of their cars due to gas prices that could be described as extortion!

The US just announced they have gone into a recession and we all know with that comes even more price hikes.

As humans, we crave security and certainty and with things feeling so uncertain we need solutions!

Two years ago I was juggling 12-hour shift work, managing a family of 5 and I was feeling the strain. Stress levels were high, family time was limited and my needs always came last.

I decided it was time to change that up so I found a way to create an income online.
