(Starting Janruary 1st the rules are going to change about the driving experience are going to change so message me if you're interested ASAP).

(If you do not have the experience that is alright U.S. Xpress is hiring on their end as well they will teach you everything you need to know.)

Sign-on bonus $2,500 upon completing your first delivery. 3 days orientation ($100 a day). right after orientation you are handed the keys to your "Brand New Truck".

6 Months Experience - 56 CPM
1 Year+ Experience - 60 CPM

Trucks include...
Freightliner (21/22)
Kenworth (22)

Layover Pay: $100 a day
Breakdown Pay: $100 a day
Detention Pay: $12.50 hourly after the 2nd hour

Extras
Guaranteed home time biweekly
benefits included
PTO
Dedicated/Local runs
Medical Insurance

Travel expenses to terminal, hotel, food, etc... are all paid for by the company. You don't spend a single penny!!!

They are very family friendly and haven't once given me any reason to complain or leave since the day I started they will make you feel like you are at home.
