Role Description
We are seeking a full or part - time Co-founder, Specialist, career coach and mentor to join our team.
The Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting a wide range of our programs and initiatives that help individuals and organizations build the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the digital age. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Lagos but some work from home is acceptable. The Specialist will work closely with our lead research and other members of the team to identify needs and opportunities, design and deliver high-quality educational content, and evaluate and measure the impact of our programs over time.
Qualifications
Experienced in Travel, Education, Instructional Design, computer programs and digital initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with diverse populations and communities in Africa, including individuals of different ages, backgrounds, and learning styles.
Experience with educational technology, including learning management systems (LMS), e-learning content creation tools, and other digital platforms and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team, as well as with external partners and stakeholders.
Strong analysis and evaluation skills, including the ability to measure the impact and effectiveness of educational programs and initiatives.
Experience with curriculum development and instructional design methodologies.
Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
