CHRONIC PAIN SUCKS!! 💯

I haven’t gotten my physical therapy (weekly dry needling with electrical stimulation on my back and neck and lumbar traction) in over 3 weeks.....because the VA is dragging their feet on renewing my community care. 😢

So, now I’m back to being in pain daily and have had a headache for 2 days now. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’m gonna have to just pay for some relief. I’m thinking maybe some cupping and acupuncture. 🥰

What treatment modalities do y’all find to help the most with neck and (entire) back pain?🤷🏼‍♀️

Alors là, tu pars vivre en Angleterre, tu penses que tu vas te marier avec un américain, que tu vas avoir une carrière, que tu vas vivre à l'étranger et que tu auras des enfants bien après 30 ans... 🤔⁠

Hummmmm Bon ok, sache que d'ici peu, un serrurier va changer à tout jamais le cours de ta vie et que rien ne va se passer comme tu l'avais prévu !! (Nan, je vous vois venir... Je n'ai pas fini avec le serrurier 😬 !!)⁠

Mais s'il y avait qu'une chose que tu devrais savoir, c'est que tout ce qui va se passer ces 15 prochaines années va te permettre d'être exactement la personne que finalement tu avais envie d'être. ⁠

Alors no stress, laisse-toi guider encore plus par ton intuition (ça s'appelle la clair-connaissance ton don mais tu l'apprendras bien plus t**d) et descend tes niveaux d'exigences envers toi-même. Oh et oui, démissionne dès que tu as appris tout ce que tu avais à apprendre, tu verras, ça va bien t'aider ! En tout cas, tout va être encore mieux que ce à quoi tu t'attendais !! Sois confiante et patiente ! ⁠😁⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠.⁠
