We are looking for an HR executive who understands the sourcing and recruitment process.
Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews.
Sourcing profiles through Head Hunting and various Social networking sites.
Identify candidates through conventional & innovative sourcing methods.
Have previous experience of recruitment.
Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current.
Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
Job requirements:
Exposure to Healthcare & Software hiring is a must.
Must be an Individual Contributor.
Should have excellent knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri, monster, Indeed.
Exposure in recruitments through Social Media would be an added advantage.
Should have a good command of MS Office Suite.
Should have excellent communication and analytical skills.
Should be able to prepare daily reports and presentations.
