🏥💊Being an adult requires remembering so many things. Do you ever get to a doctor's office and suddenly all of the information about yourself just leaves your brain? 😫You desperately try to look at a disarray of notes, screenshots and apps on your phone trying to figure out when you had that one surgery, etc. Check out my Medical Information Sheet! It includes everything any new or existing doctor would need to know all in one place. So fill it out, print it out and enjoy the sound of the nurse typing all the information instead of frantically trying to look up the info needed for the questions they are asking.
