Two weeks ago I was offered a promotion. Level 7 leader. I accepted the offer. Jess, Zayn and I are moving to Texas next month. The holiday card you see was written by my plant manager 5 years ago. She believed in my potential more than I ever did at that point and time. Last year she began mentoring me outside of work, she was a life coach and that was her passion. This year she passed away unexpectedly. Our last closed door conversation turned out to be one of the most important conversations I've ever had with anyone about goals and aspirations. Safe to say that I'm walking down that same path she said I would be 5 years ago. I want to thank you for your support and mentorship. 😇
