VALORANT ACT III COMPETITIVE CHANGES

Riot devs released some details on what to expect for Act III.

Two major updates coming:
-Rank disparity has been reduced from a range of 6 rank difference to 3.
Example:
Act II: Platinum 1 players can queue with players as low as Silver 1, and as high as Immortal 1.

Act III: Platinum 1 players can queue with players as low as Gold 1, and as high as Diamond 1.

-They will also add an option to choose your preferred server to play in. Note that this will not guarantee you getting into that server, but it will increase the chances.

No confirmed release date yet:
-They also talked about a Public Region-based Leaderboard in the works for Episode 2
