On August 26, 1980, the skeletal remains of an unidentified female were found in the vacant lot of an oil field located approximately .6 miles north of 25121 Sierra Highway in , California (Los Angeles County). Based on the condition of the remains, it is believed she had been deceased less than 1 year prior to discovery.

She had light brown to blonde hair that was approximately 8 inches in length. The decedent had pierced ears and was found wearing one yellow metal ¾ inch hoop earring as well as a red zip-up sweatshirt.

The decedent had 4 fillings in her teeth.

The reconstruction featured is an artist’s rendering of what the Jane Doe may have looked like. Anyone with information should contact the Los Angeles County Coroner, reference case number 80-10981

SAD NEWS: report that the body of 19y/o Daquan Rountree, who had not been seen in nearly a month, was located near the Norfolk Naval Shipyard on Monday.

Today, marks 28 years since Amber Hagerman was abducted and murdered in a case that shook the nation and changed the way we search for abducted children.

MISSING / RUNAWAY JUVENILES

The City of Monroe Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating Aubrey Toro and Michael Russell. Both juveniles were last seen together on 01/06/2024 at approximately 3:30 P.M. in the 700 Block of W. Sixth St. in the City of Monroe. Michael and Aubrey are currently in a dating relationship and are believed to still be together in the area.
