HB 3503 was introduced by Delegate Chris Pritt who stated this bill would "eliminate DEI reeducation and identity politics indoctrination" w/in public education. This bill refers to trans people as an "ideology" & provides a pass to LGBTQ+ and BIPOC discrimination. Per .in.wv
