Getting started managing your photos can feel overwhelming. Starting with your iphone photos and sharing those is an easy starting point.

With an iphone this process is easier than you think, but before scanning you need to organize where you are saving and storing and who you would share this with.

iCloud, Google Drive and Dropbox all have free shared features. I will cover the upside and downside of each soon.

For sharing select photos in your iCloud, if you're using an iphone running iOS 16+, [check software update in settings], you can watch this video I recommend for setting up a Shared Photo library, with up to 5 people you can invite to share your photos with. This is not the same feature as Family sharing to be clear.

Choose manual to add to this so you have personal photo's and shared photo's and you can easily make this choice with each photo.

For your print photo's, the first step you need to organize them into groupings before taking the time to scan them. More tips on this to come.
