Athena is forced to move into the weird shaped hose she bought for her former fiance because she’s broke with no job and no idea what she wants to do with her life after her fiance dumps her. Problem is the house is right next to the ex fiancé’s SNOBBY brother who broke them up. She decides revenge is best served by scaring him and making him uncomfortable by blasting her monster romance audio books so loud he can hear them. But of course, their rivalry and spite turn into something more.

New episode! We all liked this debut book. It’s magical and at times emotional. We have two siblings who live very different lives and are drawn back together again. One protects a house full of magical books, one is on the run with the power to write magical books. The Library wants to stop this kind of power and vows to end both of them.

NEW EPISODE streaming on all major platforms! We all liked this book by it is so good and creative with lovable characters and great LGBTQIA+ representation!

This is a Staci pick and is rooted in Central American mythology and it has hunger games feels where kids are selected and have to compete against each other. The winner can help continue to ensure safety to the land. Except the game is kind of rigged this year and the evil ones are set on escaping.

This book is about a woman who moves to Harlem for a fresh start, to gain confidence and start a business. But she ends up the fated love of a mystical man who has been alive for a long time…his history and hers are forever linked.

We were very divided about this book so it’s a good conversation.

SERIES SPOTLIGHT. We love and if you haven’t read the Wait for You series yet by her (written as J. Lynn) you should!! Fun series, bit of suspense, lots of sweet moments and spicy ones. Perfect for any JLA lover.

NEW EPISODE OUT NOW! We chat everything Season 3 of Bridgerton. Overall we liked it—definitely better than Season 2, which is so far our least favorite.

We love Penelope and Collin we wish they got more screen time for us to see their romance develop. Overall the steam was good. The side stories—eh we could do without some of them.
