On Saturday, Aaron Carter was found dead in the bathtub of his Lancaster, California home.

He was just 34 years old.

Carter struggled with substance abuse and mental health issues throughout his life, and fans naturally concluded that these his addictions played some role in his passing.

Until today, however, details about Aaron’s final hours have been hard to come by, and speculation has run rampant.

According to a new report from TMZ, police found prescription pill bottles, as well several cans of compressed air in Aaron’s home.

There’s a sad significance to the latter discovery, as Aaron was rumored to have developed the habit of “huffing” compressed air for the short-lived high that comes from inhaling such substances.

Aaron frequently went live on Instagram, and his followers often suspected that he was huffing compressed air just off camera.

The practice has been known to result in severe brain damage, and it’s especially harmful when combined with consumption of other drugs.

Police say the last time that anyone saw Aaron alive was around 2 am on Saturday morning.

Carter’s live-in housekeeper says that police performed a welfare check around that time.

It’s unclear who might have called the cops, but several people expressed concern for Aaron in the days leading up to his death, including his on-again, off-again fiancee, Melanie Martin.

In his final livestream before his death, Carter received a text message from Martin that clearly upset him.

He read just one portion of it to fans: “You’re going to die.”

Sources have since revealed the context of Martin’s remark, noting that it came from a place of concern, not cruelty.

“If it’s true what you’re doing, you’re not going to end up alive. You’re going to die,” Martin wrote.

“I love you, this is not safe. Please don’t do this to yourself.”

Obviously, Martin was worried about Carter, but that doesn’t mean that she was the one who requested the welfare check.

After all, many, many others were concerned about Aaron, as well.

Regardless of who made the call, it seems that Carter brusquely dismissed the police and ordered the housekeeper who had answered the door not to bother him again.

The housekeeper became concerned the following afternoon when she heard Aaron’s dog becoming upset in his bedroom.

She knocked and asked if he wanted coffee, then opened the door when she received no response.

Police way Aaron appeared to have been dead for several hours, as the water in the bathtub had turned an “unnatural” color.

Just last week, Paul Staehle and Karine Martins updated fans on their painful custody situation. It was not happy news.

The 90 Day Fiance exes do not have Pierre or Ethan. And it doesn’t appear that this will change any time soon.

However, Paul did a new interview to clear the air. Fans have had a lot of questions for many months now.

In addition to explaining why he lost custody months after Karine did, Paul shared that the two are trying to work together to regain custody.

On Friday, November 4, Paul Staehle gave an interview to longtime 90 Day Fiance blogger John Yates.

Yates, an avid Instagram user who often gains direct access to the cast, has spoken to Paul many times before.

This summer, he covered Paul’s initial loss of custody after Paul’s face appeared on a Missing Child alert.

That was many months ago. But in terms of custody, nothing seems to have changed.

Karine just spent Halloween without her boys.

And Paul, despite their history, spoke out to defend his ex.

According to Paul’s new interview, he and Karine are working “as a team” on this.

“Me and Karine are friends, we talk constantly, we’re good,” he insisted.

In the past, both Paul and Karine have accused each other of abuse, among other things. They had a deeply toxic marriage.

Apparently, Paul believes that this custody situation has the makings of an international incident.

“I tell Karine, maybe we should get the Brazilian embassy involved at this point,” he said.

Though Karine has her green card and her children are US citizens, Karine is from Brazil.

Pierre is 3 years old. Ethan is only 20 months old.

But according to Paul, his sons will be 18 years old by the time that he is allowed to see them.

“I’ve done everything they said … and they won’t remove the order,” Paul claimed. He called this an “18-year ban.” But why?

According to Paul, he lost custody because he “let Karine see the kids.”

He explained: “There was an order on there that Karine could only see the kids supervised.

“I let Karine see the kids unsupervised,” Paul confessed. “Therefore I violated the court orders.”

Paul shared that he is “filming and scouting” in Brazil at the moment, working for a “few different companies” including the Travel Channel.

He has lived in Brazil in the past. However, he will of course return to the US.

Paul and John also discussed Paul’s OnlyFans page, where apparently his most recent content varies pretty dramatically from past videos.

He and Karine have broken the 90 Day Fiance corner of the internet in the past with s*x tapes.

However, this time, Paul wasn’t with Karine or filming solo, according to reports.

He feels like Karine is being unfair (and we will say that occupying a household’s only bathroom for hours is not great). But we also only hear his side of things. Generally, when someone locks themselves in a bathroom, they’re desperately trying to get a little peace or process intense emotions. We only have Paul’s word that this is “mood swings,” for whatever that’s worth.

Paul filmed a scene with OnlyFans with another man. “It was a different experience, John,” came his review.

He did characterize the scene as “comical” rather than steamy. And the man with whom he filmed was Karine’s cousin. Paul also referred to this person as Karine’s “brother’s boyfriend.”

We have a lot of questions. This is so often the case with Paul. Apparently, the guy is also a dentist.

Now that she’s free from her father’s financial control, Britney Spears says she’s doing a lot better these days.

From a mental and emotional point of view, that is.

(Sometimes, a basic EFF YOU, DAD can go a long way.)

However, on November 6, Spears opened up in detail via Instagram about a physical condition that makes her daily existence both challenging and painful.

“I’m dancing in time now Victoria … yes … nerve damage on the right side of my body … there’s no cure except God I guess,” the mother of two wrote as a caption to footage of her twirling around at home.

“nerve damage is caused sometimes when you don’t get enough oxygen to your brain … your brain literally shuts down … blah blah blah old story …

“in that place I didn’t breathe when I was there … nerve damage causes parts of your body to go numb.”

As you can tell, Britney wasn’t explicit over how this medical condition came to be.

However, she made it evident that it’s a major burden.

“I wake up like 3 times a week in bed and my hands are completely numb,” the artist continued.

“nerves are tiny and it feels like pins and needles from the right side of my body it shoots up to my neck and the part that hurts the worst is my temple on my head … it stings and it’s scary …

“the last 3 years since I got out of that place I’ve been in a mild unconscious state … I couldn’t face it.”

It sounds very much as if Spears is referring here to the facility she was kept in by her dad at times as part of his conservatorship over his daughter, which lasted for 13 years.

Previously, recall being forced into rehab and crying down the phone to Jamie, claiming:

“He loved the control to hurt his own daughter, 100,000%.

“He loved every minute of it.”

The good news in this latest case, Spears said, is that when she dances she doesn’t feel the pain, which might explain why she posts so many dance videos.

“It’s like my mind literally goes to a place of my inner child.

“And although I don’t move like I use to … I truly believe my faith in it gave me strength,” Spears explained on Sunday.

“By the grace of God I finally found a medication where I actually feel oxygen going to my brain and through my neck … my eyes are more open now and I can hold my head up correctly.”

Spears — who is one week away from the one-year anniversary of the end of her restrictive conservatorship — added hopefully that she is getting “a lot better, I can breathe … I feel smarter because well, Jesus I can breathe now …

“Either way, I’m breathing now and I can dance in time.”

Last summer, as you may recall, Britney opened in court about the way she had been treated by her father for well over a decade.

The testimony was the star’s first step in a judge terminating the conservatorship a few months later.

“My dad and anyone involved in this conservatorship and my management who played a key role in punishing me, they should be in jail,” Britney said at the time.

She has since blasted her mother and other loved ones who didn’t do anything to free her from this awful situation.

Just last month, for example, after her mom tried to issue an apology, Britney told her parent to f-ck off.

It appears to have happened again, Bachelor Nation.

As reported a few days ago, yet another couple who met… seemingly fell in love …and then got engaged on The Bachelorette broke up.

This appears to be the end of the line for Gabby Windey and Erich Schwer.

Neither half of this now-former couple has commented on the split — but numerous reliable outlets (E! News, Us Weekly, People Magazine) have confirmed the unfortunate news.

And now someone close to the situation has spoken out about it.

“I spoke to her yesterday [and] spoke to Erich this morning, and I know they’re still trying to kind of work through things, so just giving them the space that they need,” the host told Us Weekly on Saturday, November 5.

“[They are] two amazing people and everybody saw the potential in that relationship and just wish them the best for whatever that is, whatever that means.”

It’s all over for Gabby Windey and Erich Schwer. Is anyone out there really shocked?

About a week ago, following a performance on Dancing with the Stars that was NOT attended by Schwer, Gabby was asked about the status of her relationship.

“I think life is just really busy for the both of us right now.

“So, I understand their concern but we’re just kinda, you know, going forward with each of our individual interests and supporting each other from afar.”

Many viewers also noticed that Windey was not wearing her engagement ring on air at the time.

Gabby Windey and Erich Schwer got engaged to close out The Bachelorette. And yet… questions remain over their future.

Gabby and Erich endured somewhat of a scandal during their time on the show, as a woman came forward at one point and claimed Schwer ended their romance in order to go film The Bachelorette…

… but also asked this person to wait for him because he was essentially only appearing on the series to raise his profile.

During the live After the Final Rose special, Schwer addressed this allegation and referenced the woman in question as follows:

“I led her on and I want to own that. No hard feelings toward this girl at all. I understand her actions.”

He added back then:

“I didn’t want to have a hard conversation. But I’ve learned a lot from it. I want to own that 100 percent.

“I do not have any hard feelings for this girl. It’s a mistake I made on my part. … I was using the show as an excuse to not confront her about our relationship. I didn’t see a future but we were having fun…”

Gabby said on air back then that the couple was just gonna take things one day at a time.

Back on the September season finale, Schwer proposed with these lovely words:

“When I met you, I immediately was 100 percent myself.

“You are the most amazing person I’ve ever met. It’s you and me until the wheels fall off.

“I’m head over heels in love with you, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you.”

Windey, who served as the season 19 lead alongside Rachel Recchia, accepted the proposal and was excited to start their new life together.

“[I’m] certainly bummed for [Gabby and Rachel], but they’re both such amazing women and amazing people and great friends too,” Palmer also told Us on Saturday.

“Obviously, you just wish them all the happiness moving forward.

“And [I’m] really excited for what’s in store for both of them ‘cause they’re such rock stars.”

His name may not begin with a “J,” but there was a time when a boy named Tyler Duggar was very much a part of Jim Bob and Michelle’s massive brood.

Tyler, as you may recall, is the biological son of Michelle’s troubled niece Rachel Hutchins.

He was taken in by the family in 2016 amid his mother’s mounting legal and addiction and woes.

Despite fans’ assumptions to the contrary, it does not appear that Tyler was ever formally adopted by the Duggars.

The family’s website refers to him as Jim Bob and Michelle’s “grandnephew.”

But Jim Bob and Michelle seem to consider Tyler one of their sons.

And insiders say that while he might not make many appearances on the family’s social media pages, he still lives on the compound and considers Jim Bob and Michelle his parents.

In fact, the couple often refers to their family situation as “20 kids and counting” — although they can probably ditch the “counting” part at this point, as we’re pretty sure Michelle is done making babies.

The informal adoption of Tyler came not long after Michelle gave birth for the 20th time.

Sadly, the baby, whom the Duggars named Jubilee, was stillborn.

This was the event that apparently led Jim Bob and Michelle to give up on further expanding their family.

But a few years later, Tyler unexpectedly came into their lives.

The couple legally assumed custody of the boy in 2016, when he was just eight years old.

These days, Tyler is 14, but it seems he’s wisely decided to steer clear of the spotlight.

After all, the Duggars reality shows have been canceled, which means there’s no monetary reason for Tyler to live his life on camera.

And since he still uses the last name Hutchins, he’s one of the only Duggars who might be able to effectively distance himself from the family’s recent scandals.

As you’ve no doubt heard by now, Josh Duggar was convicted on child po*******hy charges last year.

He’s currently serving a 151-month sentence in a federal prison in Texas.

With the family media empire at an end, and their last name basically synonymous with “devil,” most of the Duggar boys and men have no choice but to work for Jim Bob in one of his many failing businsesses.

Kody Brown is down to three Sister Wives.

We’ve known that ever since Christine Brown announced just under a year ago that she was leaving her spiritual husband after well more than two decades as a couple.

Here’s the thing, though:

To hear Kody tell it, the above statement isn’t even accurate. He really only has two Sister Wives.

The latest installment of Season 17 focused at least a little bit on Meri Brown’s reaction to Christine leaving the family.

This reality star hasn’t slept with her husband in over 10 years and, despite her desire for me, has no romantic connection to Kody at all these days.

“I don’t feel jealous of Christine that she’s leaving and I can’t. Because I can. I can do whatever I want,” Meri said on air, referring to her and Kody’s own issues.

“My strength is sticking around and seeing if Kody would be willing to work on our relationship. So I leave that door open, but I’m not pining away for it.”

Meri went on to say she thinks Christine has betrayed her loved ones by not doing the same.

Meri noted that — just like Christine –, she and Kody are “not legally married.”

However, in basically the next breath, the said that despite their ups and downs she feels like “we’re still married.”

Her mostly awful spouse, though, didn’t see things the same way.

“I don’t believe that we can ever be functional,” Kody came right out and told the camera, even stating he doesn’t “consider” them married and adding:

“I don’t believe that I will ever be emotionally safe with her.”

The father of 18 said something similar toward the end of last season when he accused Meri of cheating on him back in 2015 when she tried to date someone else.

At one point on the episode, Meri was forced to wonder whether this was an accurate statement.

“I want to work on the relationship, but Kody has basically said that he doesn’t. Does that mean we’re just not married anymore?” she asked during the Sunday, November 6, episode of the TLC series while reflecting on Christine’s choice to decision the family.

“That’s not how I consider it.”

Perhaps it should be, however.

Still, Meri has insisted that God wants her to be with Kody.

Elsewhere, Meri honed in on the problems plaguing Christine and Kody… and extended them beyond just those two members of the polygamous unit.

“We’re not functioning as a family anymore,” the bed and breakfast owner said, explaining in further detail:

“We haven’t for a really, really long time. It’s not just Kody and Christine’s relationship that has been an issue. There’s a lot of fractures.”

Nick Carter and Angel Carter are mourning the loss of their brother, Aaron Carter.

The pop singer/actor/rapper was found dead at his home in California on Saturday morning after a housekeeper came across Aaron’s body in a bathtub and called 911.

The artist was 34 years old.

No cause of death has been announced.

One day after losing his sibling, Nick — a member of The Backstreet Boys, the band for which Aaron opened many years ago — shared an emotional post on Instagram.

It included several throwback photos, along with a caption that read:

“My heart has been broken today.

“Even though my brother and I have had a complicated relationship, my love for him has never ever faded.

“I have always held onto the hope, that he would somehow, someday want to walk a healthy path and eventually find the help that he so desperately needed.”

Aaron had been in and out of rehab for most of his adult life, yet said in September that he had been sober for five years.

Nick concluded his tribute as follows:

“Sometimes we want to blame someone or something for a loss.

“But the truth is that addiction and mental illness is the real villain here. I will miss my brother more than anyone will ever know. I love you Chizz., now you get a chance to finally have some peace you could never find here on earth….

“God, please take care of my baby brother.”

Back in 2019, Nick said that he and sister Angel had filed for a restraining order against Aaron, saying in a statement back then that Aaron allegedly harbored “intentions of killing my wife and unborn child.”

“After careful consideration, my sister Angel and I regret that we were required to seek a restraining order against our brother Aaron today,” Nick wrote at the time.

“We were left with no choice, but to take every measure possible to protect ourselves and our family.”

The siblings briefly starred together on E!’s House of Carters in 2006.

Aaron rose to fame in 1997 with his self-titled debut album, followed by Aaron’s Party (Come Get It) (2000), Oh Aaron (2001) and Another Earthquake! (2002).

His early hits included “Aaron’s Party (Come Get It),” “That’s How I Beat Shaq” and his cover of The Strangeloves’ “I Want Candy.” Aaron opened on tour for the Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears before embarking on his first solo tour in 2000.

Angel, meanwhile, Aaron’s twin, also poured her heart out on social media Sunday.

“My funny, sweet Aaron, I have so many memories of you … and I promise to cherish them.

“I know you’re at peace now. I will carry you with me until the day I die and get to see you again.”

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department told People Magazine yesterday that a co**se was discovered just before 11 a.m..

However, police did not officially identify the victim at the time.

A rep for Carter declined to comment but noted “a statement will be released shortly by the family and management.

“Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.”

As previously reported, Aaron Carter is dead at the age of 34.

The pop singer, reality star and occasional actor was discovered in his California home on Saturday morning after a housekeeper found his body inside of a bathtub.

No cause of death has thus far been determined.

Melanie Martin is in mourning. She shared this photo as a tribute to the late singer Aaron Carter.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office said yesterday that detectives are investigating a report of a “suspicious death” at Carter’s residence… but not many other details are available at this time.

Carter struggled with addiction.

The brother of Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter, had said he was five years sober earlier this year, but also checked into a rehab facility as recently as this past September.

Carter was known for his early 2000s hits “Aaron’s Party (Come Get It),” “I Want Candy” and “That’s How I Beat Shaq.”

Late on Saturday, the mother of Carter’s 11-month old son, Melanie Martin, broke her silence on this tragedy.

“My fiancé Aaron Carter has passed away,” she said.

“I love Aaron with all my heart and it’s going to be a journey to raise a son without a father. Please respect the privacy of my family as we come to terms with the loss of someone we love greatly.

“We are still in the process of accepting this unfortunate reality. Your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.”

As you can see above, the model also posted a photo of herself kissing Carter, writing across the snapshot: “My baby I can’t breathe.”

Carter got his start opening for the Backstreet Boys before appearing on programs such as Lizzie McGuire, which featured Hilary Duff.

The actress/artist — who dated Carter as a young teenager — has now penned her own emotional tribute to the late star:

For Aaron — I’m deeply sorry that life was so hard for you and that you had to struggle in-front of the whole world.

You had a charm that was absolutely effervescent … boy did my teenage self love you deeply. Sending love to your family at this time. Rest easy.

Songwriter Diane Warren also mourned Carter’s passing, Tweeting:

“Fame at a young age is often more a curse than a blessing and Surviving it is not easy. RIP Aaron Carter.”

Added the New Kids on the Block as a whole:

“We are shocked and saddened about the sudden passing of Aaron Carter. Sending prayers to the Carter family. Rest in peace, Aaron.”

The Hills alum Spencer Pratt — who appeared on a TikTok livestream with Carter just a few days ago — Tweeted, “RIP,” including with these letters a heart and an angel emoji.
