In today's episode, Below Deck Med star, Katie Flood joins me to chat all about her experience on Yachts, growing up, and the pressures she faces as a woman in the industry.

As a New Zealand native, Katie spoke about her love for travel as a young girl, being that she didn't get to travel often growing up. She quickly fell in love with yachting and has quickly risen to the top of her field as Chief Stew. 🤍

She was also a cast member on Below Deck Med on Bravo where fans fell in love with her and her fellow castmates. Katie shares what it was like working on the mega yacht while having the cameras follow her around!
