Hodge_TV working depth, composure, core tightness, and explosion. 405 x 3 (Pause reps).

I use pause reps as a way to stretch through the motion, but the heavier it gets, it becomes a mental battle. It becomes personal. The alpha awakens. The challenge of having so much control over an abundant amount of weight, staying composed, then owning the movement is exhilarating. Control your world, dont let it control you. Take ownership, take control, take your victory!!!!
