We apologise for the late update.

Due to Ms Clobes' defamation lawsuit against NBC commencing three months past the statute of limitations, her case was dismissed 27th February, 2023.

Latest case update:

Finally after 7½ months, Ms. Clobes has re-filed a motion for admission Pro Hac Vice for her New York attorney James G. Mermigis, which has been granted.

Ms. Clobes still hasn't filed a response to NBC's motion to dismiss which was due 18th May.

Only one of two extension requests have been granted.

"Finding that Plaintiff has provided sufficient justification for her request as to the deadline in which to file an amended complaint to allege with specificity the citizenship of the parties, the Court grants her request. However, Plaintiff is cautioned that no further extensions will be granted."

"Additionally, this Court's March 8, 2022 Report and Recommendation remains pending before the District Court in this matter. If Plaintiff seeks to extend deadlines that relate to that Report and Recommendation, she will need to immediately direct her request to the Honorable Patrick J. Schiltz."

As you can clearly see, Catie hasn't been exactly honest the past 3 years and has tried hard to cover up the truth of how Evee died.

NBC’s lawyer filed a motion to dismiss her case. The motion included several unredacted reports that we have not seen before. The reports support the Medical Examiner’s conclusions that Evee suffocated in her mother’s bed due to co-sleeping, and co-sleeping was a major factor from the start. This offers further support to the description of events in NBC’s article.

There seems to be a lot happening in the background in Catie's law suits, but at least we have some indication of what is going on. Catie has reached out because she needs a couple of pro-bono attorneys for legal services. She needs help organising "massive paperwork & sending out some letters".

But one does need to ask, how many lawyers does she need??? 🤔

Anyway, hopefully a couple of freedom-loving attorneys offers their services for free because the current one's must be in over their heads or something or something 🤔

PLEASE, all supporters of Catie's story, continue to donate because we all want to see the actual truth to be revealed in a court of law 🙏🏻

These law suits will be big and will be remembered either way it goes all over the world 🌍

We don't have states in our country, so here every citizen abides by the same law for the whole country. The United States is different, they have separate laws for each state.

Catie's defamation case against the NBC isn't exactly black and white, there are a few possibilities and it is up to her lawyer to work around the obstacles.

This is an update regarding the Clobes v. Quinn Strobl case.

As of this morning Tuesday, 11th May 2021, there is no Disciplinary Action against Dr. Angelique Quinn Strobl. Her licence is still active.
